We’ve stayed here over the years and love the location, friendly staff and easy access to downtown and the marina area.
There were very large trucks going by all night and starting early in the morning. We’ve never experienced this before so hopefully it’s not a long term situation and is related to construction being completed soon.

Great location and very affordable.
The stale smell in the room reminded us of the bad old days of smoking in motel rooms. Just made it hard to find pleasure.
