Comfortable, clean, its new and all works well, mostly self-serviced in terms of check in and out. Access was easy and location within walking distance of most sites and cafes. Baggage storage was helpful.
Compared to a hotel or guest house there are no common areas, no staff to talk to (15.00 to 19.00 only), Its a sort of sterile space but fine for most people who just need a good place to stay.

Good location in quiet street near railway station, good places to eat nearby
Self-service terminal was a little bit confusing to use but OK

Close to the station, clean, convenient. Perfect for a one night stay.
Short reception hours. Little confusing how to drop off my luggage but solved with a phone call.

Great central location. Comfy bed, good parking space (payable in addition)
We had a room on 1st floor, which was pleasant but didn’t feel like a purpose built hotel room. The floor was tiled the same as the entrance and hall, so was a little strange.
Room needed a bit of a decent clean, but was suitable for one night.
