Nestled in Seagrove Beach, this charming house for $600 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. -ACCESS TO WIDE (OR PRIVATE FOR MAIN TOWNS) WITH NO RESTRICTIONS. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 13 in beds): - Master Suite I, First Floor: King Bed with 55” Roku TV and BluRay player, Private Bathroom with Smart Television, ceiling fan, Walk-in Shower and jacuzzi Soak Tub - Guest Bedroom I, First Floor: Twin over Full bunk beds, Television with Smart TV. separate hallway bathroom with walk-in shower only - Master Suite II, Second Floor: King Bed with 40” Apple TV, fountain view, small en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet - Guest Bedroom II, Second Floor: King Bed with Roku TV, direct Bathroom access with Shower/Tub Combo and two sinks - Guest Bedroom III, Second Floor: also the “playroom” with two queen beds, 65” Roku TV ping-pong table and Shared Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo and two sinks About Time is in NatureWalk and over 3100 sq ft. Park cars in 3 private spaces because every amenity at About Time is within steps of your incredible beach vacation home or a relaxing bike or cart ride away. This custom home is the only floorplan in the neighborhood with 2 downstairs bedrooms and baths which also sits directly across from the amenities and has both a pool table (downstairs) AND a ping pong table (upstairs) for those rainy days or festive nights. Super fast wi-fi with whole-house 7-zone Sonos sound system (iPad or Alexa controlled for your use). There are 8 televisions, 7 bicycles, beach cart/bike trailer and toys, beach chairs, coolers, two 6 seater golfcarts and more. For outdoor fun, the rear of the home sits on a path that leads to 2 sand volleyball courts and a small pond where you can practice casting your fishing pole. The beach is a 5 minute bike ride from your back door via the private neighborhood walking/bike path to the Walton County San Juan walkover. Or simply walk across the street to the Gathering Place with 3 separate pools, playground, and outdoor fireplace. WaterColor is also right outside the neighborhood, and the adorable town of Seaside with its shopping and food trucks are less than one mile away from the NatureWalk entrance. You can also take a bike or cart directly to the grocery store without leaving the neighborhood thanks to NatureWalk’s private trail to Publix and Watercolor Crossings. Other NatureWalk amenities include miles of walking/running trails, outdoor fitness stations, basketball court, pickleball courts, and community green spaces. About Time has an outdoor cooking area, a front porch day-bed and three private parking spaces which can also double as a spike-ball court! Plentiful additional parking is right outside your front door. At dusk, relax and unwind as you watch the sun set from your back porch and patio overlooking the pristine Point Washington state forest. As the only home in NatureWalk with a true separate eat-in kitchen, you can close the doors and enjoy some quiet wine with friends while you cook your favorite meal ---if you close the doors, you won’t be bothered by your guests piled on the huge sectional sofa in the living room watching a movie. There is also a separate wine fridge in the billiard room which doubles as a dining room with seating for 12. Our floorplan is unique to the neighborhood with a side entrance connected to a mud room, laundry room and full bathroom for taking care of wet swimsuits and sandy feet on your way in. In short, About Time is the ideal 30-A vacation spot. Life is about spending time with those you love and creating memories. It warms our hearts to imagine other families doing this in the home we love so dearly and have created to share with you! Be sure to sign our guest book! *We allow one small non-shedding dog. $250 pet fee is added to your reservation after booking. *If the golf cart(s) become unusable during your stay there will not be a replacement offered. We will do our best to fix the issue in a timely fashion. This requires an up front REFUNDABLE deposit of $1000 to cover any incidental damages. This beautiful home had everything! It was spacious, modern, beautiful, clean, fully equipped with everything, and had more amenities than expected! We enjoyed the golf carts and bikes! The family room was comfortable and big enough for all of us to relax and enjoy a movie at night. We biked to the beach each day-fun! We enjoyed the pool across the street and my daughter swam laps. We loved having our poodle with us for the first vacation ever! The owner even provided beach towels- that is a first! The home was stocked with lots of games for game night. We did not use the pool table but it would have been fun. My daughter drank coffee on the front porch each morning and cuddled with our dog who enjoyed watching everyone on the street. The local scenery was fantastic with a lovely bridge just behind the house. We hire a professional photographer each year for beach pictures but this year we did pics in the area around the house due to its grand beauty. Great vacation and outstanding home!! Thanks for sharing it!

Jessica was so responsive and kind. She replied to my emails quickly. When we had an issue with one of the tvs, the maintenance
personnel responded so quickly. We received comprehensive info weeks prior to our arrival and
more info days within our checking in. House is beautiful. Customer service was outstanding.

Beautiful home but needed some attention to some key areas. The main issue was the stove was completely useless and the family was planning on using it throughout the week. We were given two burners but only s partial fix. The golf carts were great. The house was nicely decorated and fully equipped. We would stay here again if some of the key problems were repaired.

Peaceful, Relaxing, Perfect
We loved our stay at About Time! The house was amazing! The location was perfect, so close to Seaside and right by the WaterColor Crossings shopping and dining area. The neighborhood was adorable and everyone was so friendly. We loved having the golf carts and they made running to Seaside and the surrounding areas easy and fun. Our stay was during a very hot spell and we had a little trouble with the AC on the first night, but the management company was so fast and helpful got it repaired so quickly. We definitely plan to return!

The house was in a great location and beautifully decorated. We spend Thanksgiving and celebrated with the entire family. We loved taking the golf carts to town and to Watercolors. We will be back again!

Really beautiful home that was very clean, well equipped and super cozy.
The issue we had was with the golf carts and bikes that were included with the property, all were in pretty bad shape and in need of some maintenance. One day we took on of the carts out to go to the beach and while driving down 30a the axel broke and one of the wheels flew off while we were driving, fortunately we were only going about 10mph or it could have been very dangerous. When looking at the undercarriage of the cart it was pretty rusted out and you could tell that it hadn't been serviced. Called the management company and they send someone to pick us up from the side of the road after about 30 minutes. The cart was towed back to the property with it's broken axel. We did not receive a replacement cart or even a call back from anyone on the status.
I paid for a house with 2 carts, I feel I should be refunded for not getting use of one of the carts.

We loved this house so much we almost cried at having to leave. It fit our family perfectly. Very up to date. Great floor plan and amenities. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for 9 people to shower.
