We enjoyed our stay immensely, the hotel is very new,clean,staff was great and very convenient to the places we wanted to visit. In addition...the breakfast was awesome and the bed was so comfy!
The only thing that I personally didn't care for were the pillows, a little bit hard for my taste...but the extra blanket they brought on my request was so cosy...comforter style. We loved it!
Also, and I knew this prior...it would have been nice to have a restaurant/bar...not a deterrent to a repeat visit. We did go to Roosters which was fairly close.

Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast with an omelet bar. Workout facility was OK kids seemed to be having fun in the pool and small hot tub.

The staff was really friendly
We called up the front desk about breakfast at 9 am and missed the cooked to order omelet breakfast.
20 minutes later we came out we did not realize that you could still have the dry breakfast with the cereal, yogurt and fruit but employees were very interested in closing the area so we ended up grabbing a couple of packets of dried cranberries.
We just felt disappointed because I did choose to pay $200 which was double the price we could have paid some place else. We were looking forward to the cook to order omelet breakfast.
It was my fault for not setting an alarm because I was there on business and I worked 14 hours a day before and I was really tired.
My point of this review is that we called the desk and it was more so sorry too bad you're too late. But it was only the omelet bar that was closed at that time and we could have still had everything else.

Excellent and well stocked breakfast area with omelettes made to order. Very clean and we enjoyed the large seating area for both breakfast and after hours. There is a back patio as well. The staff was very helpful and super friendly.

The front desk staff were amazing! The omelet chef was friendly. The room was clean, and the beds were extra comfortable! I was iffy about staying next to the stairs and door, but I didn't hear any of the noise that comes with that.
The breakfast ran out our first night but not really anyone's fault, there were baseball teams there!

they charged me before I even arrived and then charged me again the day I checked in, telling me I wouldn’t be charged until I checked out. I never got the $146 charge that was made before I even arrived to the hotel!

Staff was helpful and friendly but at times hard to find.
Vending machine wouldn't work. Pillows where the worst. plenty to chose from but way to small and clumpy.
Didn't sleep very well for 2 nights. Maid shows up at 830am no time to even get a shower in.

The rooms are fine, the building is fairly clean and the location is good. The breakfast is the best thing about the place. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly.
The main problem with this hotel is the build quality. Despite the structure being 2 - 3 years old, you can hear a lot of structural noise. I could hear the guests in the room directly above us walking, running water, and flushing the toilet. Not incidental muffled noise. Loud noise. When the toilet flushed above us it sounded like it was rattling the waste pipe in the wall. It was like being in a train station.
