I enjoyed the privacy and the convenience of the location to the beach and parking. The condo was clean and comfortable.

The property is great, ocean view and close to variety of entertainment and places to visit.
I would have gave this a 10 however a few awful things the condo owners had no control over but hope they speak up about the following issues.
Our first night we were woke up with blaring alarms and horns around 1:30am, I was in a deep sleep mind you; was told to take step to front parking lot and evacuate immediately!! I barely made it due to half asleep I believe it’s 14 stories high and we were on 7th, so 7th flights of steps, I am still aching because I really couldn’t control my body and steps almost falling at one point!
The next thing was the early morning we were to leave but didn’t have to until 11, I’d say around 9am or so a man busted in our door me in the bed by the door and he screams “EXTERMINATOR” leaves the door open, then 15mins later comes back with a young lady who started spraying damn BUG spray!!
I was not happy at all! But because of those two things I don’t think I’ll be back to Palms Resort!

The condo was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
The hot tub was being repaired, however, Trysh alerted us about this and apologized for the inconvenience.

What is there not to like, the unit was perfect for my hubby and I. The balcony has the best view. The decor in the unit is super cute with a beach theme. And it has the best access point for the beach.
I honestly cannot think of something I would change.
