About this condo rental
Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $323 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This property is a personal labor of love in our family. This unit has been completely remodeled. This unit was built approximately 25 years ago when a penthouse was a penthouse. Today along the grand strand, most top-level floors are just the same as all the floors below. But this unit is completely different. To our knowledge, the Palms Resort is the only property in Myrtle Beach with two-story penthouses. Also, we know of no other property in downtown Myrtle Beach with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. This is truly a unique vacation opportunity. You will find a full-size kitchen to host your meals and entertain. The living room features a two-story wall of glass overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. As you relax on one of our oversized balconies, you not only will enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean, but you will also have a one-of-a-kind view down the beach looking south. We have two oceanfront bedrooms with oceanfront balconies, and the two rear bedrooms have large windows looking down the beach and a small private balcony. The master suite is truly in keeping with the penthouse style. You will find a king-size bed, large private balcony, a mini-bar with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and his and her vanities. All fixtures and vanities are covered in beautiful granite and tile are throughout. Probably the best feature of the master bath is the separate shower and bath overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is completely remodeled with natural wood cabinets covered with rare blue and silver granite. All appliances are replaced as necessary. All cooking utensils are furnished. And as said before, it is a natural for entertaining. The furnishings throughout are in keeping with the tropical “Tommy Bahama” look. All walls are freshly repainted every winter, and there is tile floor throughout. The exception is carpeted stairs between the first and second stories for safety. Also, any fireplaces seen in pictures are nonworking fireplaces. This is a non-smoking unit. Keywords: Condominium

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was perfect for what we needed. This was the first time our immediate family was able to get together for a holiday vacation. We had enough room for everyone to spend time together catching up but also the multiple rooms allowed privacy. The unit was in great condition. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome views in a very nice location. PH was clean & the bed in the Master BR upstairs was so comfortable - I woke up every morning without my usual backache! Great location. Nice walkway / boardwalk out to the beach. No issues with parking. No issues with elevator wait time. Property well lit at night. Beautiful primary bedroom and bathroom. View from the ocean front balconies is spectacular. The host was very easy to communicate with.

Everything in the description and positive reviews is 100% accurate. Not much I can add to previous reviews. The PH is perfect for a family beach trip. We’ve been to the beach many times and this was far and away the best trip ever. The owner Kevin had all the bases covered and made everything effortless. Cleanliness, views, location, check-in, comfort level, building staff and amenities were all top tier. The PH is truly wonderful. Don’t hesitate to rent this property Just do it. The unit and the view were excellent, but we were disappointed at the cleanliness of the penthouse upon arrival. We contacted the owner only to find out that the issues at the earliest could not be resolved until late the next day. We ended up correcting the issues ourselves in order for everyone in our group to feel comfortable. Wasn't expecting to do the work of housekeeping on our vacation.

We love to stay in Myrtle Beach! Clean beaches, lovely, water, and lots of things to do. Our stay at the penthouse was lovely. The condo was large enough for our family and the views of the beach were spectacular. Would definitely go back again.

If your looking for classic Vintage bohemian vibes, gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views and convenience of being close to restaurants, boardwalk, Sky View and tons of quaint local boutiques..look no further.. You could literally sit on the Terrance’s morning noon and night and be happy.. Then you add access to heated out door and indoor pools and hot tubs, surrounded by the ocean.. Perfect for family vacations and ladies retreats or any event requiring 8+ sleeping arrangements. Kevin is amazing with accommodations and communication… Will book again!

This property provided three balconies w full beach views!!!!! Even our teenage child was impressed! 🤣 The kitchen was large and provided a comfortable and enjoyable space for meal preparations! The master bedroom was excellent, w it’s own large soaking tub, separate tiled shower, two separate vanities, and a wet bar!! All the rooms had large closets that made organizing a snap! The property owner was very easy to reach and provided accurate and timely communications!! Check in was a snap! So easy…. Parking was provided for two vehicles..

Nice property right on the beach which was convenient with little ones. The condo was a great size for us, our kids, and grandkids. Conveniently located to many of what Myrtle Beach has to offer.
As for the cleanliness, one of the bathrooms smelled of urine. We needed to move the couch over to fit a playpen and it looked like it had never been cleaned under before. We swept up food from under the dinning table and the stair rail was sticky with grime.

Recently stayed here a week for the second time and it was amazing. The penthouse and the resort had every amenity that we needed. The pools and hot tubs are great year round. And the views from the balconies are unbelievable. We would sit out there for hours. Kevin has done a great job keeping the penthouse updated but still feel like a home. This is our go-to rental for Myrtle.

I originally stayed at the PH2 in 2018 and just like then our stay was amazing. The views are everything, location is close to plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. The view from the master bedroom and bathroom is breathtaking. You will not want to leave and go anywhere!! The place is well equipped with everything you need, it's like a home away from home!! It was so relaxing.....we enjoyed the balconies, cooking in the kitchen, huddling in living room and eating together at the kitchen table. We will be back again!! Our stay was memorable.

The location of Penthouse #2 is Amazing! There were multiple attractions close by such a Broadway at the Beach, Top Golf, Helicopter Adventures, Wax Museum, etc. that are so fun! The Penthouse was a perfect setup for myself and my guests, check-in was super easy! The only thing I may note is that the parking garage is across the street which is not really an inconvenience but was a little confusing at first. I would definitely recommend Penthouse #2 if you are visiting the area and want to be close to everything! Thank you for allowing us to stay at this wonderful property!

This year instead of Christmas presents that never get used we would do a family vacation to the beach. Our children and grandchildren came from NY, Virginia, Florida, and North Carolina. This Penthouse provided the room for us to stay together in one place vs separate hotel rooms. It was so much more a family experience this way. The views are amazing and quite honestly if you don't leave the penthouse while you are there, you won't be sorry. The waves crashing against the beach were wonderful to fall asleep with. In fact my first night home it was too quiet! The kids and grandkids had a great time and even started planning for next year. The laundry in the suite is great since you don't have to pack alot. A great place to eat is Mike's Crab Shack in Murrells inlet. Well worth the money. And cheapest suvenier shop is $5 Emporium on 27th. Don't forget to stop by Magnolias across the street on 26th st for Brunch for $10.32 a person.
I apologize it doesn't come with a housekeeper. I offered to stay on but Kevin said no!

We had a fantastic time! My wife and I along with our 6 children (8 to 17 yrs) stayed in the penthouse. There was plenty of room for all of us! The two sets of washers and dryers came in handy with as many people as we had! There are special instructions for use of one set, so pay attention to that! The outdoor pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub was a great way to heat up after fun in the ocean! Kevin made a great recommendation for my wife and mine's Anniversary dinner (New York Prime)! The balconies have phenomenal views and the beds were all comfortable. The master shower is great! Having the parking pass is extremely convenient. If we go back to Myrtle Beach for a family vacation, we will definitely reach out to Kevin about his penthouse again!

We came here to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with friends. The view in the pictures do NOT give it justice. Sunrise was beautiful if you are awake early enough. We watched from the balcony the dolphins swim by. The dining options were great because we were close to everything and we even had some meals delivered. The condo was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this property.
