Situated in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $399 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. We are delighted to host this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo. It is a premiere property, with one of the best ocean views in Myrtle Beach! We offer discounts on 7 night stays! This condo is located in the popular Carolinian Resort. It is gorgeous, relaxing,, and comfortable. It has been extensively updated. You will love vacationing here! Everything in the kitchen is new! This includes the white shaker cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances. The kitchen is well-equipped for large groups with plenty of high-quality pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, small appliances, etc. Each of the three bedrooms has a gorgeous ocean view, with a slider leading to an ocean-view or oceanfront balcony. Each bedroom an adjoining full bathroom. The bedrooms are light and bright during the day, and have black-out drapes for sleeping at night. All of the mattresses are new. Bedroom one is oceanfront, with a slider that leads to the oceanfront balcony. This bedroom has a King Bedroom set, and an additional full-size futon. The ensuite bathroom has an oversized garden tub/shower combination. Bedroom two has a south-facing ocean view of the waves breaking along the shore. It has a large window, as well as a slider, which leads to an ocean-view balcony. This bedroom has two comfy queen beds. This bedroom has an attached full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom can be entered into from the bedroom, as well as from the hallway. Bedroom three has a King bedroom Set. It also has an ocean view window, and a slider that leads to the ocean-view balcony. This bedroom also has a full ensuite bathroom with an over-sized garden soaking tub/shower combination. The beautiful ocean front living room has a sofa sleeper with an upgraded full-size gel foam mattress. The living room has a 60” TV. Each of the three bedrooms have TVs. The Carolinian is an oceanfront resort. It is near the city center, about a half mile north of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Broadway at the Beach and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center are only a mile away. Amenities at The Carolinian Resort include beach front access, two swimming pools, a baby pool, and a lazy river. There is also access to the rooftop water amenities at the resort across the street. For your convenience, there are 3 fast elevators, a free garage parking, free password protected wifi, and a fitness room. The exterior of the Carolinian Resort was repainted this past year, and it looks nice and fresh. We are sharing this amazing condo to families and friends who will treat our condo with care and respect. Parties are not allowed. No smoking is allowed in our condo, or at the Carolinian Resort. There is no tobacco or marijuana smoking allowed in the condos, on the balconies, or elsewhere on the property. The first 99 reviews were from our one-bedroom Myrtle Beach condo that we recently sold. We provide the same outstanding property, and friendly service for our guests with our new Carolinian Resort condo, as evidenced in our more recent reviews. Our condo calendar is always up to date. This property is a perfect vacation venue. Everything was detailed out so that it was with ease to stay there and just enjoy your time. It is right on the beach and centrally located so that you can virtually walk to anything you need as far as food and beverages. Pam and Jeff are awesome and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you.

The condo was super clean and we could tell that there had been some recent upgrades. The floors looked new and all appliances were working well.
The condo has excellent views of the beach. Two balconies with chairs and some chairs to take down to the beach.
Parking is across the street but it seemed to be that way for most of the hotels and it wasn’t a problem.
Great central location to walk to the boardwalk, many mini golf’s nearby, grocery store etc,.
I highly recommended!

This condo was exactly as advertised and was modern, clean, comfortable, perfectly stocked, and the views were incredible. We were able to walk almost everywhere and had a hard time saying goodbye to such a perfect getaway. I highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!

I can't say enough about this place... The photos are spot on, the owners communicated with u personally and our trip was amazing even without having the weather we would have liked... we would give this place 10 stars if we could.... We used this property for volunteers at a fundraiser so we were gone by 8 am and back to clean up for the night events. It was perfect for 3 couples. The owners send a long message full of details and I suggest putting the 3 codes you have to remember in your phone for quick access. Parking garage, door to elevator and property door.
The parking is a short block away and I thought it would be problematic but it wasn’t. Nice deck area. We didn’t use the pool or other amenities because it was a working stay. But definitely think it’s a good property for a vacation.

This condo does not disappoint!! My initial reaction upon walking in and seeing the view from the livingroom was WOW! The pictures don't do it justice. The layout was great with all three spacious bedrooms having there own beach view from their balconies. We only had four adults in our party but there's plenty of room for more people. It was very clean and supplied plenty of utensils/ cookware in the kitchen. Loved having a washer/ dryer so we didn't have to lug our dirty clothes home. Parking is close by and easy to access. My sister and I rented this condo so that we could surprise my mom for her 80th birthday and boy was she surprised!! Her exact words ..... ' It's Absolutely Perfect! '
FYI: Space while loading/unloading your luggage is limited. We were a little later getting there and it was a blessing because it wasn't too busy. Leaving was another story and we lugged most of our luggage up to the parking garage the day before.
The shower curtain in the middle bedroom rolls on the sides so be careful not to let water pour out in the floor.

The condo was outstanding. The beach was typically crowded and you have to rent umbrellas as the town will not let you put up your own. Other than that everything was great.

Ever been to a vrbo where it looked great in pictures, but everything turned out only look good in pictures but feel cheap. This place is the exact opposite.
The renovation at this condo is genuine. Everything is truly quality. The flooring, the furniture, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the kitchen utensils, and the appliances were all clean, in good shape, and no corners were cut. And the windows that open up to the beautiful view!! Everything was even better than the pictures. Our stay truly felt like we were home.
We didn’t car much for the resort’s pools but the beach was amazing and the showers to wash off sand were in good working order. Parking is a short walk away but it really is short 1.5 min walk and wasn’t an issue in any way. There’s even an EV parking spot with an outlet. So it’s free to use, but bring your own level 1 charger. It was a big help as there aren’t any fast chargers besides Tesla in all of Myrtle Beach.
Top it all off, Pam was very patient with our group’s questions and requests. We would definitely stay here again.

I was really impressed with the condo. They did an awesome job with it. It rained all but one day we were there. But we still had a blast. We got there and found out it was bike week. Which was a huge plus. We will definitely be back.

Wow! What an awesome unit! We were traveling with adult friends (3 couples) and this unit was perfect for our trip. En suite bathrooms for each room was the key! We loved walking the beach, which is right outside the tower. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would have been nice to have a few more towels for showering, however the in unit laundry was super convenient and we made do with what we had. Overall, great space for a weekend getaway!!

This property was EVERYTHING! I really hate we didn’t book another night because we didn’t want to leave. There was no paperwork to check in and easy access to the building and checking in. We were giving very detailed instructions on how to check in, codes needed to access the building, parking instructions and Wi-Fi information days before our check in which was very helpful to review before arriving. The unit was very clean. Beds super comfortable. I loved having a washer/dryer. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need. The view left you speechless from the living room. I loved how all rooms had balcony access and all rooms had private full bathrooms. Don’t think twice about booking this unit. Book it !!! The host were very helpful and the communication when I needed them were always in a timely manner.

I would recommend staying here. We were a bit disappointed about the pool not being in closed as we thought it would be.

We loved our stay at this place. We enjoyed the views, sunset, sunrise, and the entire place was exactly as shown in pictures. The living room is the best place out of all. All bedrooms have the beach view as well! The beds were awesome and super comfy. We drove 14+ hrs to this place and it was well worth it! We would definitely come back to this place.
The only feedback we have is, we wish the house came with enough supplies if we are staying there for a week. We were only given 1 paper towel, 1 bath tissue per bathroom for 5 day stay for 8 people. There weren't regular supplies either like salt, sugar, and other basic necessities. We had to buy a lot of supplies from Walmart.
We expected responses to our inquiries from the host at least in a day but we never heard back from them. We showed the place to one of our family friends and they loved it. They wanted to book another condo in the same building if the host has another property. We also were trying to find the unit number. We sent at least 3 messages, and a phone call, but never heard back. Our family friends booked another vrbo since we never heard back from our host.
Overall, we loved loved the place. The views were amazing!!
