About this condo rental
Nestled in Myrtle Beach, this attractive condo for $448 per night is a great option for your next vacation. My calendar and rates are up to date. The dates you requested are available if the Calendar shows them to be available. Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations. We have two units in this building. Unit 306 is a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit and Unit 701 is a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit. About the condo: This is a side view oceanfront 1600 sq ft 3 bedroom/3 bathroom 7th floor condo located in the most desirable part of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. This condo has the largest floor plan with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king bed with an in room private bathroom and private balcony. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds that are full on the bottom and twin on the top in the third bedroom. All bedrooms have a private bathroom. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV with a dresser and closet that gives you plenty of room for your person belongings. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks for you family including dishes, silverware, serving and cooking utensils, cookware, serving plates along with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The unit is also equipped with a stack-able washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, a pack n play and high chair. This unit comes with 3 covered parking spots. This unit also offers free wireless internet The resort offers many amenities including multiple pools including indoor and outdoor pools, a 200 ft lazy river, a kid's splash pool and hot tub. Connected to the property is a new water park that features a large swimming pool and many water based activities featuring a 60 ft tube slide. In addition there is an exercise room, game room, meeting rooms, gift shop and informal lounge. About the area: There are many fun filled family activities a short distance from the condo. The Pavilion, a family theme park is a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. The area is filled with miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all just a short distance from your doorstep. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Palace Theater. The Sea Captain an award wining seafood restaurant located adjacent to this building. Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. If you are interested in booking this condo: Click on the 'Book it' button and follow the instructions. The site will offer the option for you to buy cancellation protection and damage protection. It is totally up to you to take advantage of this or not. After this, you will have to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay. The first deposit will be 25% of the amount due and can be paid with a credit card to complete the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your check in date. This property is Smoke Free. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the seven of us. Didn’t even need the top bunks. Also a great location right on the beach and only a short car ride to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Host were very good in providing all the information needed for a seemlesss check in.

The views are on a tiny balcony if North Myrtle. When we arrived the door code wouldn’t work. Called and Rufia said we had the wrong one. Gave us another to try and it worked. The closet doors to the washer/dryer fell off on us when bringing in our bags. Text and she was very responsive that she knows they need replacing. The master bedroom toilet runs non-stop unless you play with the handle. We had two complaints filed against us from people directly below us due to the dining room chairs making too much noise on the tile floors. The resort staff were very nice and came in to see that the lights were dimmed and we were telling the truth that it was the chairs on tile and we’re surprised there was no felt, etc. on them. The front desk told us the third day not too worry now that they understand the noise.

Went to MB for a baseball tournament and found this listing for me and my family. It was very spacious for the four of us. Frank and Rufia were very responsive at check in and out. We will keep their properties saved for our next visit.

The condo was as expected based on description and photos. It was more than adequate to sleep 4 adults and 4 kids. The owners were great to communicate with and were quick to handle any problems that we had. This is a large overall property with lots of people so the common areas are very busy and noisy. The condo was surprisingly well insulated so the noise didn't bother us, however.
It is a great location in MB; very close to Broadway and other attractions.

Condo was perfect! right on the water at the far end of all the hotels, the beach was less crowded than places closer to the sky wheel area. Heated pools inside, outside, splash pads etc. It was just what my family with young kids needed. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for a group of young men enjoying Spring Break! The owner was willing to rent to young men under 21 with an extra deposit. The young men took great care of this amazing property and they received all of their deposit back very promptly. Will definitely rent this amazing condo again!

We enjoyed our stay at the caribbean resort. Our condo was located right over the outdoor pool. With a view of the ocean from both the main balcony and master bedroom balcony.
The only issue we had was the door closer on the entrance to the condo was pulling out from the door and leaking oil. (needs replaced entirely) The closer arm was also bent and hitting the metal door frame. Which made opening and closing the door a hassle for our stay. All in all this is just a maintenance thing and i'm sure the owners will have it fixed prior to the next group of guests. We liked the location so much that my wife and i are considering purchasing the condo a few floors above it!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this resort but first time at this particular condo. It was perfect for 2 families with the 3 bedrooms, especially because the 3rd bedroom had bunk beds for the kids and that each bedroom has it's own bathroom! Great Condo and Resort
This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this resort but first time at this particular condo. It was perfect for 2 families with the 3 bedrooms, especially because the 3rd bedroom had bunk beds for the kids and that each bedroom has it's own bathroom! Accommodations worked out perfectly for us. The kids all enjoyed the 3 sets of bunk beds in their "bunk room". The view from our balcony was awesome! It was very cold during our stay, so we did not spend much time on the beach. The indoor pool and lazy river were a hit. Shopping was close by which was a hit for our 11 year old. Having Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's across the street was definately a plus.
