Exceptional

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Planning another trip to the area and will be staying here again.

We only stayed one night so can't really think of anything that was bad.

only negative was stalled elevator due to teenagers jumping around in it on evening 3-24-23. However quick response was observed by emergency personnel.

Very comfy and inviting place to stay. Adult and kid friendly.

My family wasn't impressed with the breakfast, the eggs were powder, the french toast was on the cold side and there was no regular syrup left only sugar free. My favorite was the fruit and we enjoyed the coffee and hot cocoa in the travel cups. We very much liked our room and the small sofa was very comfortable, Instead of the large light over top though might we suggest a lamp behind the corner of the sofa for reading. We loved the view of the lake and the walkway/sidewalk in the back which we used to walk to the burger house next door. We enjoyed the pool and the workout room. I particularly liked the ice water available in the lobby. Another suggestion I would have is to have a cucumber or orange ice water. I have seen this in fancier hotels.

Overall we loved our experience.

It was a nice stay. Grand daughters were in archery, spent time in the pool having fun.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

Breakfast could be better, yogurt was bad. I think got frozen.

Nice place, bummer how it went

It was very clean and nicely decorated. Nice atmosphere

One reason we booked a room was to enjoy the pool, that evening it was so so overcrowded so we promised our toddler we would swim in the morning and then the pool was closed for the day.

Exceptional

The room was smaller with a King bed and a sectional, but very comfortable and clean.

The toilet didn't work correctly. Tank would not fill after a flush so I had to manually tap the mechanism to get it to fill. I went ahead and fixed the problem without bothering staff.

area

something on the pillow gave my shoulder a rash that lasted a week. Was double charged, called and was told didn’t even stay? then told would get a return call from management, never received even after I called a second time. I ended up having to go thru my bank to get the extra charge off my account.

Superb

Great location and very friendly, helpful staff! Very comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were nice. All in all, this is a great place to stay!

The breakfast was perfectly acceptable, but compared to the rest of the facility I felt like it was a bit "underwhelming". Not a dealbreaker by any means, but it was the only thing I couldn't give high marks. I would have liked oatmeal that was pre-made, eggs with more taste or a waffle-maker. Coffee was good though!

Exceptional

The staff was very kind, and helped me easily resolve a reservation mix up. The room was beautiful and clean and I enjoyed the fitness center and snack bar.

I am still waiting for the deposit money to be credited back to my debit card.

it was great for the short time we spent there!

the property had a wonderful walk way to a couple of good restaurants which we loved after being on the road for over 8 hrs it was nice to be able to stretch our legs! wish we had time to stay an extra day to explore the area more (outlet mall for shopping & amusement park for kids) and that was just what we could see from the property, not to mention our room was clean, comfortable & spacious!

An absolute treat for the $!!!

Location, STAFF, CLEANLINESS, tv size including easy remote, BED, SHOWER, sectional couch, hard floors (no carpet), hot breakfast buffet and finally, THE IMPRESSIVE SUPER MODERN ROOM DESIGN, WOW!!! The design is also a smart design in every way.

This is no fault of the Hyatt Place or the neighboring hotel but the grass area used for dogs had a considerable amount of dog piles. There is a convenient stand with dog bags and an attached waste can stationed right there. Unfortunately, some LAZY dog owners spoil that for responsible guests. Maybe, the staff could check and clean it up once or twice daily.

The view was bad. Was expecting a lake view and the room was on ground floor facing the parking lot. Asked for lake view and got a room on the second floor and had a view of the roof.
