I had a pleasant stay at 9h Nine Hours Kanda. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-organized. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and many attractions around Tokyo.
The capsule itself was comfortable and quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The facilities were well maintained.
The only downsides were that the mattresses were a little too firm for my liking, and it was slightly inconvenient having to go back down to the locker area whenever I forgot something. However, these were only minor issues and did not significantly affect my stay.

I appreciated the staff that worked there and how helpful they were to me. I will forever be appreciative of the help that this hostel provided me with when I was having booking issues. I enjoyed how clean the hostel felt. The fact that they will make your bed every day with clean sheets and give you new sleepwear every day was great for someone who likes a new clean set-up. They provide you with a locker and everything uses a QR code instead of a physical key. The pod itself is pretty spacious. They allow you to store your luggage in the lobby before you check-in.
This is definitely for someone that only needs a place to sleep for the night, not for multiple nights. You are only provided with 1 locker and it can only fit 1 luggage. You will have to clean out your space every day and cannot go into your pod from 11 am - 3 pm every day. Unfortunately, there is only 1 elevator for this 7 floor building, so you will need to be patient. You also cannot eat or play any loud music on any of the pod floors since it is supposed to be quiet. There is no additional space if you have more than 1 luggage and you cannot store your luggage after you check out of the hostel. I didn't like it personally because there was not enough space for someone that has 2 weeks worth of clothes.
