Nestled in Duck Key, this lovely villa for $275 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa located in Duck Key. Bedrooms are located upstairs and each bedroom has a queen sized bed. Both bathroom are also located upstairs and both include tub/ shower combos. Full kitchen includes full size refrigerator - prefect for drinks or snacks! Cute patio and spa pool is a great place to relax after a day's fishing. Pool heater was replaced in February 2021 and is working great! ***Please note: This is a privately owned villa and does not participate in the Hawk's Cay Rental Program. The amenities provided by Hawk's Cay are not included with this rental. You can use amenities that are open to the public such as the Angler and Ale restaurant, and the Dolphin Encounter ( additional fees will apply) but not the swimming pools, child care center, gym etc. Please ask for clarification if required.*** The Dolphin Encounter is sometimes fully booked but there is the Dolphin Research Center a few minutes away and the appear to have more availability if you are interested in a dolphin experience. If you are bringing a boat please call Duck Key Marina at 305 - 289 - 0161 or Grassey Key Marina 305 - 922- 2665 and arrange to store the boat and trailer there. Boats and trailers cannot be stored at the villa. The boardwalk behind the villa villa can be used for loading and unloading only. Boats cannot be moored there. Local attractions include Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, Aquarium Encounters, and Robbie's. Long Key, Curry Hammock, & Bahia Honda State Park Beaches are close by. ** Please Note This Rental does not have access to the pool and lagoon areas but we suggest Sunset Grill & Tiki Bar near 7 mile bridge for Drinks/Apps, lunch/Supper & a swim while enjoying their big screen TV. Tildens Dive Shop in Marathon is open and booking snuba, snorkeling & dive trips. Kayaks, Bikes & Paddleboards can be rented from Wheels-2-Go in Marathon & they can deliver to you ! Boats can be rented from Tropical Boat Rentals in Marathon - among other places. Please Note: Our guests do not have access to the pool/lagoon areas & kids club amenities of Hawks Cay Resort because we are not in their rental program.

The location of this house was great! It was centrally loved in the keys so you had no more than 1 hour drive to get to Key Largo or Key West. The house had everything we wish for, including beach chairs beach umbrellas. The best part was setting in the heated plunge pool after dinner visiting with friends.

Quiet clean and comfortable. If you are not about the wild night life of Key West, and prefer a quiet place to sleep this is it. It’s in an excellent location to charters, excursions and just a short easy ride to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a wonderful time and would come here again.

The rental is in a nice, quiet location. We enjoyed the spa, patio, and balcony. The cable wasn't working for the two upstairs TV's, but that was a minor inconvenience since we were gone most of the day. Having the washer and dryer was a huge benefit for us.

Place location is wonderful but owner never responded when I told her the sofa bed was broken and nobody could sleep on it.

This was an exceptionally clean and comfortable property. The neighborhood is quiet and very pretty. Our host, Corrine, was easy to contact and she kept us updated as to what was happening with local situations. She is also responsive to all inquiries. Would absolutely recommend this property- in fact, we’re going to try to make a trip to the Keys next year and plan to book with Corinne.

Overall not bad. It's about 20 to 30 minutes to any stores for supplies, or activities so be aware of that. There's really not much to do on Duck Key if you aren't staying at the resort, which this property does not include. I would advise confirming that all listed amenities are in working condition prior to booking. The pool/spa was not working for us during our stay. The property is starting to show its age as well. Due to the location and non-working pool, I doubt if I would book again. It just isn't worth the amount being charged.

Both toilets need work. The master needs more water in the tank to adequately flush. The hall bathroom room needs a new flapper to keep the toilet from continuing to run.

Needs to check on the handrails on the stairs and front steps. The one on the front steps came loose and I fell and hit my left elbow. I don't think I broke anything , However, I have a planed visit to my doctor 1/3 and he can check it. I have rods in my lumbar area and it could have been worse.

Quaint property with a full kitchen. Was fairly clean. Beautiful grounds around the property. Great view of sunset. cons-bedrooms are tiny as well as the bathrooms. old furniture. old tv with fuzzy picture. no coffee provided for villas. Overall positive though

Place was very nice but terribly small for 5 adults and 1 child comfortably. This would be perfect for 4 adults only. Not very much to do in the area, hot tub didn’t work and was dirty, but could have been from the recent storm. Overall, okay- wouldn’t stay again because there’s not enough to do in the area for us. They’re was also not enough supplies for us in the house (toilet paper). However we liked the house and Corinne was an amazing host.

The location and surroundings are lovely. The pictures make it appear that you can access the waterfront dock. You CANNOT We were disappointed in the overall lack of cleanliness of the property. Do not walk barefoot, in the unit, your feet will be black. Bath linens are worn thin. I’d recommend bring your own.

Nearby Parking was unavailable Friday night. It needs reserved spot or two. Small rooms My BR 9" X 10" Bath is tiny. No dock access, formica counters need updating or repair. No coffee, no laundry soap, no nothing. But clean and comfortable. We only slept here on business travel.

We stayed at this beautiful townhouse for 4 days and enjoyed almost everything about it. We were able to check in a little early which was a nice surprise. The home was very clean and had most of the necessities that we needed. The only issue that we had was with the sleeper sofa. We have teenagers, so one was going to sleep in the 2nd bedroom and the other on the sleeper sofa. However, when we opened the sleeper sofa up it was in poor condition. There is no way that 2 people can sleep on that sofa as my teenagers both woke up with back pain. I think this is a great townhouse for 4 people but definitely not 6.

Overall our stay was pretty good, no major complaints. The pictures are definitely not as up to date but only some minors differences. Reading through previous reviews of what people were missing or wish was available- such as beach towels, beach chairs, extras bathroom linens, etc. - was all available for our use. I do wish that there was some extra cleaning things such as an all purpose cleaner, dishwasher pods, and extra rags. These are all items that we of course could buy but doesn't make sense when we are only there for a few days. Also it would be nice if there were some of the usual kitchen things such as sugar packets for coffee, cooking oil, some extra seasonings. There are some other minor concerns that we had but I discussed those via email with the property manager. Lastly the biggest downfall is there are all these amenities on the resort such as pools but they cannot be used. I asked if it was possible to use them if we paid a fee but unfortunately we could not.
