Quite frankly, very disappointing

Only the terrace and the kitchen.

A bunch of extra fees are added to the basic price, be aware; No in-house WiFi or router (false advertising), only resort (unsecured) public WiFi with 5-8Mbit download/upload during the day and constant connection breaks, unusable! ... plus this property is a private property depending on a public WiFi... horrible. There was no indicator about this during my reservation process! The most uncomfortable couch in the living room with an unpleased smell. One of the bedrooms was so small you are barely able to turn around, so I don't see how this property could hold 6 people as they say. The location is quite bad because there is nothing around except the resort... but this is not a part of it. Did not even get a final phone call about my ticket with Vacasa (the host).

Very peaceful and relaxing.

It was clean and spacious. We also like the fact there were balconies in the front and the back of the property. The balconies in the back overlooked the water and highway which was nice.

The lady at the entrance gate wasn't too helpful when checking in. We eventually figured out we must say "private" in order to get in. Also, there were a couple small roaches that came out in the kitchen but nothing too crazy.

Duck Key - Azure Breeze

The grounds were very well maintained. Our place was easy to get to and the temperature was perfect upon arrival. We enjoyed the multiple balconies, even saw some dolphins in the channel!

The kitchen could use more cookware for people who wish to eat in.

Enjoyed our stay in the villa even during TS Sally.

We had stayed in this villa in 2003 with our two daughters & it has held up well. We have fond memories of this villa. Our grandchildren were doing distance learning & the WiFi worked great. The children liked their room with a tv & balcony & soft bed & blankets. We enjoyed watching the boats leaving & arriving from our balcony & back porch. Lovely view. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans. Referigerator with ice maker & smooth top stove worked great. We did have to tighten Both toilet seats, jury-rig the front door blinds that need a screw, and the 4 slice toaster only had 3 slots & only 2 worked. When we left, 3 slots worked. Needs a new toaster. Everything you need is there. Really nice & precious memories. No complaints in this property.

After 2 days we decided to go visit the main lobby at Hawks Cay Resort. Amy had aleady told us that We could eat breakfast there. We were going to eat at the I restaurant, look at the dolphins & browse the gift shop if it was still there. Wanted a frozen pina' colada & t get our grandchildren a virgin frozen pina' colada. We walked from oh villa to the front door & were greeted with "Hi. Are you checking in?" We explained we had been there for 2 days in a villa. He asked if we had our bracelet. When we explained that we did not book through Hawks Cay Resort we were informed that we would not be able to go anywhere in the resort because we booked through an airbnb.."The only place you are able to go would be "Angler & Ale" restaurant. We have to take care of "our" guests,"he said. Heads up, folks. Mr big I little u held us at bay at the front door while he "informed us what we could & could not do while there. But we could go see the people at the front desk. I feel "he" was ignorant. After this, we went back to our villa & made our own meal. No pina' colada, though. There are small businesses all up & down US 1 that would love your patronage.

Great views at back of the house, big size patio with lounge chairs, convenient location.

Too close to next doors, however that is how twin house built.
