The hosts - Despina and her mother are the most hospitable ladies ever. We were treated to a traditional Cretan dish on arrival and the next day a delicious dessert. A huge bowl of fruit was provided and the apartment had lots of added extras for self catering 😀.
The place was comfortable, very clean, well equipped with appliances and cooking equipment- like a home away from home. Beautiful views, beautiful sunsets and in a peaceful location. Had on site parking. Good location for nearby beaches. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

As on previous visits, Despina and her family were themost welcoming, generous and helpful hosts you could ask for.
The location is outstanding: yes, you need a car, but sitting out at night hearing the see and the goats in the olive trees is magical.
Its location is ideal for all the attractions but the view is not affected by the greenhouses.
The apartment is well equipped and comfortable.
Nothing apart from having to return home.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Despina. Das Haus befindet sich am Ende der ruhigen Strasse, es sind ein Paar Apartments drin. Das Appartment war sehr sauber, es wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und Bettwäsche gewechselt, womit wir gar nicht gerechnet haben! Als wir ankamen, stand Wasser im Kühlschrank bereit und Obst. Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker mussten wir gar nicht kaufen. Auch im Bad war fast alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Highlight war für uns das leckere griechichische Essen, welches Despina und ihre Mama uns gebracht haben. Für unsere Tochter war such die Kartzenfamilie ein Highlight. Wer in diese Region fährt, würde ich die Wohnungen bei Despina sehr empfehlen. Bis zum Strand fährt man ca. 7 minuten, kommt drauf an, zu welchem Strandabschnitt man will. Falassarna ist ein sehr langer Strand, wir waren bei dem Big Beach. Im Juli und August ist dort oft winfig oder stürmisch, mit mobilen Schirm ist es nicht möglich, man muss also einen Schirm mit Liegen mieten. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern gibt es Baby Beach.

Despina è una host superba.
Ha cucinato per noi ottimo cibo fatto in casa e anche una torta e ci ha fatto trovare nel frigo all'arrivo abbondante frutta fresca e acqua. La casa si trova in ottima posizione ed è dotata di una bellissima terrazza con vista su tutta la baia di Falasarna ed è completa di tutto il necessario, ombrellone compreso. Perfetto impianto di condizionamento.
