The apartment was spotless and like new, we do our own cooking and the kitchen was great, brand new appliances. Very comfortable. It was great for us as we hire a jeep and go off to mandraki and Elias and it’s a short journey through the pine forest which you could actually walk. Sergio and his staff helped me too when I cut my hand. A lovely family run business and great value for money.
Nothing we really enjoyed the whole week there.

Quet location, spacious room, clean rooms easy parking.
Had a small problem with ants, also the shower place was a little small so some water was pouring to the feet towel. A small rack for shower gel and shampoo was also needed.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, δίπλα στην καλύτερη παραλία της Σκιάθου. Άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο, περιποιημένος κήπος και πολύ ωραία πισίνα - snack bar με πολλές ξαπλώστρες, κρεβάτια και τραπεζάκια.
Ευχάριστο και φιλικό προσωπικό.

The property is near koukunaries beach in a quiet area. They have a nice pool with a nice bar and a beautiful garden with a lot of trees. The room was clean, they have changed the towels every day.
The furniture is old, it needs some updates, looks like it wasn’t updated from the 90’s. Don’t get me wrong, it is not terrible, but not very pleasant either. If you just want a place to sleep and take a shower it is ok.
