Well organised and clean throughout. Nice kitchen- well equipped. Good bathroom with a nice shower. Indoor and outdoor tables to eat at. Big tv and WiFi worked well.
The steps up to the property I found difficult to negotiate- there was nothing to hold onto. The recycling was a bit complicated and the owner could have sorted this out. The photos of the property made it seem more isolated than it was. We had a hire car, luckily, I’m not sure how you’d manage without one. The information about places to eat etc came through rather late - we had most difficulty finding a supermarket with a car park- that information would have been most helpful.

Une petite terrasse pour profiter de la jolie vue sur Nice, la climatisation (location en août). Un joli appartement rénové avec goût et espace bien optimisé
Je recommande ce logement pour un couple, avec enfants éventuellement. Nous sommes restés 5 jours, a 2 couples et cela était trop exigu.

Unkomplizierter check-in, gute Kommunikation mit dem sympathischen Vermieter, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit direkt beim Haus (Sackgasse), Einrichtung und Größe der Wohnung, ruhige /sichere Wohngegend, Cola und Bier gekühlt als Willkommensgeschenk, nette Terrasse, viele Tipps rund um Nizza von Olivier

Sauberkeit ließ leider teilweise in den Ecken zu wünschen übrig....(Spinnweben und Staubansammlung)
Hab ich dann selber mit dem vorhandenen sehr alten Staubsauger (recht dürftige Saugleistung) so gut es ging behoben. Da könnte man ein neues Gerät andenken.
Bis auf diesen Umstand war aber alles sehr schön und angenehm und wir haben uns SEHR wohl gefühlt. 😃
