Outdated equipment and low upkeep of the place like damaged window in the bathroom and Electrical outlets all are woblly and dangerous.

Superb
The host, older lady, was very nice. The apartment was clear and located in quiet location. It contains private equipped kitchen and shower with toilet. A nice terase is also there. Shops are also available nearby.
We liked it. But you need car to go to the beach.
