Comfy bed
The receptionist, in our checking were told that we can do a late check out an hour later that won’t be an issue, we used had to call. Then next morning we called and the second receptionist said, that is impossible and we will get charged if we passed the 11:00 am check out. When you pay $400 at night, this is ridiculous.
Also, I called to ask for extra blankets, we never got them. We have to come to the lobby to request in person.

Very spacious apartment, included all the amenities we needed.
Parking was a bit sparse, but I understand the property is still under construction.

Rooftop pool was great -perfect temperature.
The restaurant was handy and staff were friendly.
The hotel felt impersonal - massive long corridors of rooms. Not much character. Location wasn’t as scenic as I’d expected.
