Fantastic place to stay in São Paulo

Really nice, clean, quite and secure

Stylish compact apartment, will be returning soon..

Location, facilities, views from the balcony. Responsiveness of the host.

The sofa bed was a bit awkward and didn't seem to stay as a sofa. The handle of the bathroom door didnt close and the sink tap leak a little when in use. Overall very happy a few points to bring it up to a 10/10.

Extremely disappointing and unhealthy stay

NOTHING!

Overall rating: 1/10 – Extremely disappointing and unhealthy stay Review title: Unhygienic, noisy and stressful stay – not suitable for rental Full review: I stayed at Linda Vista c piscina, sauna, garagem e academia with my 83-year-old father, and this has been one of the most disappointing and stressful rental experiences I’ve ever had. Although the host allowed us to check in early and the area seems relatively safe, the apartment itself was in poor hygienic condition from the start: dust, hair and dirt were visible on the floor and towels. After two days, the bathroom flooded with dirty water and excrements coming up through the shower drain. The smell was unbearable and the situation highly unsanitary. The host later claimed that we had thrown something into the toilet — a completely false and unacceptable accusation, as the pipes were clearly blocked before we even arrived. The sofa bed was filthy, full of holes and completely unusable. The fan didn’t work properly and randomly turned on by itself at night. There is no air conditioning, and the soundproofing is terrible, especially in the bathroom and sitting room. The bathroom window doesn’t close properly, letting in constant noise from the school next door and construction work directly across the street. Adding to that, a dog in the neighboring apartment barks every morning from around 6 a.m. and continues throughout the day, making rest impossible. The host dismissed this issue as being “out of their control,” which is unacceptable — a responsible host would not continue renting a property under these conditions. I am deeply concerned about the lack of maintenance, hygiene, and respect for guests’ well-being. My elderly father found the experience extremely stressful, and no guest should be exposed to such conditions. While we decided to stay the final two nights only because of logistical reasons, this property is not fit for rental in its current state.

Stylish compfortable apartment with amazing view of city

Design of apartment is amazing. I fall in love with this apartment. But view from balcony is hypnotizing when you sit in floating chair and at the night city lights. Apartment doesnt look like typical apartments for renting. Everything was comfortable and modern. Apartment located in good location.

Concierge at the entrance of building doesnt speak any language except Portuguese. So some times we need to write number of apartment and show to security camera.

Excelente localização, limpeza impecável, instruções muito bem detalhadas, atendimento do Marco muito rápido e sempre atencioso. Apartamento completo e aconchegante. Varanda com vidro, muito seguro para quem tem criança pequena.

A única preocupação com criança é a janela do quarto que não tem tela de segurança e como a cama é alta e encostada na janela tem que ficar trancada o tempo todo.
