Amazing house, lots of space, beautiful grounds and the pool was fantastic. There were 7 adults and 2 children in our party and we all had plenty of space. Loved the big outside table and being able to sit out in the evening and watch the sunset.
Some of the mattresses on the beds could do with replacing.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger aber zur Stadt nicht zu weiten Lage. Viel Platz auch für 12 Leute. Man ist schnell wie zu Hause. Lucignano ist ein wunderschönes Städtchen!
Die eine AC war doch etwas laut, wir haben sie aber nicht oft benutzt.

Lots of space for big groups, from the kitchen table to the fact that all but one bedroom has an en-suite. Well equipped kitchen and bbq area. Close enough to town centre, beautiful area.
Compulsory extra payment upfront for heating use seems unnecessary, should at least be based on useage
$$$$
