早餐雖然不是自助式，但是入住時可以依據自己的喜好選擇套餐，分量足夠。飯店位於花蓮火車站對面，大約 5 分鐘步行路程。房間內穎有一張靠牆書桌，非常適合商務旅行，同時也有一個單人沙發及茶几，可以用於閱讀及擺放資料。每一個樓層都設有飲水機，非常方便。
書桌建議可以加設一個檯燈，以便商務出差時夜間工作需要。房間內的咖啡為三合一，對於無法或不喜歡含糖咖啡的房客來說，就無法享用貼心的服務，建議可以改為濾掛式咖啡，或是減少一份三合一，以一份濾掛式取代。

The accommodation was clean and in a great location right next to the train station. The price was also very affordable, complimentary late-night snacks were provided, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Location and was quiet with decent size room
Front desk staff and fact she charged 5 % service charge even though it said includes all fees and taxes and could not give reason what she was doing it. Had to ask for hand soap as not provided. They do not speak English or very limited so only mandarin speaking people should book here
