A great, spacious apartment offering fantastic value for money. The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and very close to Rethymno Old Town, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby. The bus station is around a 30-minute walk away.
The apartment was super clean and very comfortable, with air conditioning in each bedroom as well as in the open-plan kitchen and living area. It had everything we needed and really felt like a home away from home.
We also loved the terrace, with its great views overlooking the port, a lovely place to sit and relax.
A fantastic base for enjoying Rethymno, and we would happily stay here again!

Απόλυτα value for money.
Η τοποθεσία του είναι ένα κλικ έξω από το κέντρο (10 λεπτά περπάτημα), πάνω στην παραλία. Η θέα είναι πάρα πολύ ωραία, να ξυπνήσεις το πρωί να πιεις τον καφέ σου στο μπαλκόνι ή το βράδυ να καθίσεις για ένα κρασί. Τα δωμάτια είναι άνετα και είναι τέλειοι οι χώροι για ζευγάρι με δύο παιδιά, όπως εμείς.
Μια μικρή ανακαίνιση στο μπάνιο θα το ανέβαζε σε ακόμα υψηλότερο επίπεδο, χωρίς να σημαίνει ότι το μπάνιο έχει κάτι κακό. Απλά είναι λίγο παλιό. Επίσης η πολυκατοικία και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι είναι σε πιο χαμηλό επίπεδο σε σχέση με το σπίτι, αλλά αυτό δεν είναι κάτι στο οποίο μπορεί να επέμβει ο ιδιοκτήτης. Όπως επίσης ότι η περιοχή δεν είναι εύκολη στο παρκάρισμα.

Лучшее местоположение в городе. И пляж рядом, и центр города. Апартаменты просторные, удобные, наличие стиральной машины, стирального порошка, кондиционеры, удобные кровати, все очень продумано и комфортно.

Een mooi groot appartement met ruime woonkamer en slaapkamers (met tv) en met airco en erg goede bedden. Keuken voorzien van diverse keukenapparatuur en een top uitzicht over de haven en strand zowel overdags als ‘s avonds. We hebben genoten van dit appartement en vakantie!
