What an amazing place to stay. Very well located. Incredibly comfortable, with everything you would need for a self contained home from home. The breakfast delivered each morning was the icing on the cake! Would highly recommend.

Everything! The room is very well-appointed and comfortable. The kitchen has most everything you'd need including a built-in coffee maker and electric juicer for making fresh orange juice. Hearty breakfast brought to your room. A short walk to the sights in Guimarães. Garaged parking is available nearby.

This is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. We stayed four nights. From the moment we entered and the receptionist was so friendly. All of the staff were the same. The apartment was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. There was attention to detail everywhere. Washing machine, cooking facilities, coffee making machine, even remote controlled blinds operated from the bed panel, not one thing had been forgotten. There was even a separate little lounge area with a pull out bed if needed. They delivered breakfast in a basket to our door every morning and it was full of delicious foods. The location was perfect. A few minutes walk from the medieval square and about 10 mins walk to the Castle. We visited a wine farm and the owner went over and above to show my husband and I his vineyard and my husband tasted the wines. It is also near enough to walk to the cable car. Guimaraes itself was really a wonderful find. Weather perfect the whole week. In short a wonderful time.
Absolutely nothing I didn't like. I could not find one fault with Guima Gold.

The location was perfect. The room was perfect. Super clean, lots of storage, setup to feel like you could live there. Complete kitchen with dishes. The continental breakfast was delivered to your room. Overall one of the best places we have stayed at. It also had an elevator for those who can’t do stairs.
