Situated in Imperial Beach, this lovely condo for $254 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to modern luxury living at our beautiful NEWLY construction fully furnished and professionally decorated, private 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1,600 sq ft home, just steps from the beach & blocks to the 24 mile Bayshore Bike Way. Enjoy an open floor plan with 10 ft. ceiling & gorgeous high end designer finishes. Single car attached garage w/ keypad entry, beach chairs, tandem bicycle & gated yard. Conveniently the laundry room w/ washer & dryer is on 2nd flr. Gorgeous master suite has a built-in coffee bar and balcony to walk out and enjoy the white water views. Oversize beautiful walk in spa like shower & walk in closet. Perfectly located in Imperial Beach, a quiet beach community just south of Coronado and Downtown San Diego where from the sweeping rooftop views you can see it all. You can walk for miles, both north and south, on uncrowded beaches. Imperial Beach and Coronado also have many miles of ocean and bayside bike trails. The Tijuana Estuary and National Wildlife Refuge both have hiking trails and over 300 species of native or migrating birds. There is also a site just south of us that has guided beach trail horseback riding. We also have a beach front outdoor fitness court across the street. You can cook your meals at the house or walk to the many restaurants in the area. Our home is across the street from Sea180 an oceanfront restaurant and Aroma Thai. We are within a block of Katy's Cafe, Pizzeria Luigi, and City Tacos. Within 2 blocks of Brigantine Oyster Bar, Coronado Brewing Co, Michael Hess Brewery, Filippi’s Pizza Grotto, Siam Imperial Thai Kitchen, and El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant Amazing private space, views and sunsets from our fabulous roof top deck. Entertain with giant gas fireplace, built in BBQ & fridge, space large enough for outdoor living, dining room & kitchen.

Clean and tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and great views from the upper patio.

This property is excellent. 20 minutes from San Diego airport. Half a block from the beach. Walk to brew pubs, seafood, small market for supplies. 15 minutes from the Naval base in Coronado and the restaurants in Coronado.
The house was exactly as pictured, the community is easy to get around and the beach is awesome. We would stay here again without a doubt.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Imperial Beach thanks to this amazing house. Everything was clean and new. It's one block away from the beach. 7/11 and market places were a walking distance from the house. I really recommend staying in these amazing house.

Amazing House and Location

Wonderful Experience
Our family had a fantastic stay. The house felt like home! It was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were bikes and even sand toys for the kids!

We were visiting our son in Coronado and loved this beautiful Imperial beach home to spend time together. Our hosts Tristan and Jeff were awesome and were very responsive during our stay. We loved the rooftop deck and spectacular views in the morning and at sunset. The bedding was very comfy and being 1 block from the beach was so convenient. I would recommend this property for families or couples who appreciate the Imperial beach vibe!

Great space for our family!

Upon our arrival, my new husband and I were greeted with a sweet honeymoon card, wine glasses, and a bottle of wine! The owners even brought us a toaster when we inquired! The house is gorgeous and inviting. We slept in the master bedroom and the bed was luxurious. I especially loved all the windows to enjoy natural light but the blinds were easy to close when we wanted privacy. There are chairs on the patio, balcony, and rooftop to enjoy an ocean view. The location of the house is perfect; it’s not on the main drag, but you have a constant view of the ocean and you can still hear the waves. We loved cooking in the kitchen with the huge doorway open to the patio and listening to music on their awesome speakers. Only recommendation would be to bring lids for the pots, but otherwise this property is perfect! I highly recommend this lovely property!
