Situated in Imperial Beach, this charming house for $255 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. - Significant discount for long-term stays (3-month minimum!) - Big house in San Diego's Imperial Beach area. - Favored by those working at NAS-Naval Air Station North Island on multi-month assignments or TDYs. - Within walking distance of everything. - 4 bedrooms, 3 Bath, Sofa-sleeper, Patio, BBQ, TVs in every room, everything you can imagine! Because we have 13 units and list on 4 different sites our calendar does not always reflect up-to-the-minute changes. We do our best! Rather than penalize us for declining a booking on a room booked on a different site, help us out and send an inquiry first! We promise to respond very quickly! Our typical response rate is 5-10 minutes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Each room has a full-size closet and many drawers. It is fully equipped with all the essentials and amenities you would find in a hotel. Just bring your toothbrush! Your room has its own: - Private bathrooms in two rooms. - Private parking spaces. - Entrance, to the outside in 1 room and front door.. - Mini fridge for having cold drinks right in the master bedroom. - Keyless door-lock for all doors -40-inch TV with all the channels and movies-on-demand that the living room TV has. Each room and the entire house has Wi-Fi access. We recently bumped up the speed of the Internet to over 30Mbps. Guest access Each room is equipped with everything you could possibly need. In addition to this, you have full access to the full kitchen, living room with a 65-inch TV, dining area, and back patio. The kitchen is stocked with condiments and basic cooking essentials. You will find everything needed for an afternoon in the sun or a BBQ in the back in the large patio equipped with a propane BBQ, sun umbrella, and beautiful outdoor furniture. The laundry room is always stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and an ironing board. Interaction with guests Our family is approachable, extremely friendly, and enjoys interacting with our guests. We are just a text message or call away if you ever need anything at all. ------------------------------------ PLEASE Send a "Contact Owner" rather than a Booking Request. Perfect house in cozy neighborhood close to both San Diego Navy bases
This is the second time we've stayed in this home. The house has everything you need. We are a military family. It is close to both North Island (where our son is stationed) and the 32nd Street Naval Station (where our daughter is stationed). All fours beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room for our party of five. Most importantly, wonderful backyard patio furniture with deluxe BBQ. Easy walk to cafes, gym, beach and all kinds of food places. We will be back next visit.

Independent Navy house for 4 in an amazing neighborhood
While my family is not military, we are a large family and this place had the room we needed.
Apparently, the way it is sectioned off into 4 rooms is because Navy friends often stay here together, but we are civilian and the design worked great for us.
We loved the kitchen the most. Casual nights around the island having dinner. Each of our 3 kids had their own room, TV, and a queen-sized bed.
Our suite was super luxurious. My wife and I loved the reclining bed with the huge TV and all the shows (streaming and live) we could binge on. The jacuzzi tub was quite romantic.
So nice to be able to walk to the beach or the gym (or to get all kinds of great food from all over the world).
It is really stocked really well. I never have seen so many paper towels, TP, real towels, linens, even Starbucks coffee bean (with grinder). The hosts don't mess around.

Perfect for NAVY families
I was impressed by the setup of this house. With so many room (and all with key less entry systems) and the full kitchen, a group of us TDY personnel could easily stay here for our full deployment. It s just a 8 min drive from the Navy base on Coronado Island. The reviews and photos tell is all. Not much left for this old man to say other than thumbs up!

Great location!
Great location. Close to Tiajuana, Mexico. Literally about 10 minutes away. Beach is within minutes too, much closer though. The unit has all full size toiletries like soap etc, towels, and blankets which made it comfortable.

Kitchen is great
Another day, another work assignment. Traveling nurse. Switched units so we can be closer to Sharp Coronado. This place is great, assigned parking is great because since this place is close to the beach I worry that I’d have to circle the block a few times after a long shift. Hasn’t happened. Kitchen is great, I was able to meal prep. Being close to the beach is nice. Don’t have time to actually enjoy it but getting to drive by on the way back to the unit makes up for it.

What a godsend. Blocks from the water and plenty of room for my pooch Daisy to run around! Our kitchen is being renovated right now and after a few days in our family’s guest room, we needed our privacy back in order to hold on to what little sanity we had left. So glad this place has som many bedroom and bathrooms. I have a big family
I LOVED how close this was to the pier and water, the weather has been a bit wet the last week or so but it felt great to get out and walk around after being cramped the last few days. We almost opted to use the grill in the backyard but it started to sprinkle so we just had lunch at one of the restaurants nearby. But had we decided to cook at the house, I can tell, we would have been in great shape. The kitchen is fully stocked! All the regular appliances and stuff you would find at home.
This house is very welcoming, very cozy, and very 21st century. Smart locks, smart TVs, perfect and big enough for a large family.
Will definitely be back!

Perfect for large military families
I am in the reserves (military) and had was assigned to North Island base. It was great to be able to not only my husband, teenager, and even our baby, but have a wonderful hour to stay in for the duration of my assignment. This place is super family friendly house and we could even bring our dog! Betsy had a blast in the back yard! Super safe family neighborhood and close to both the base and the beach. The internet here is fast, so my husband (who designs websites) was able to work! We love to cook. Some places claim to have a fully stocked kitchen, but this place actually is “fully stocked”. If I get assigned here again, I hope it will be open!.

You can teach an old dog new tricks!
While the door locks were a bit high tech, like in a hotel, I managed to get in and out no problem. Wonderful house they here. Much bigger than my family needed and with all the fancy features and comfort we could want. I am a Navy vet returning with my family to see my old crew at the Naval Air station at North Island. It isn't a military neighborhood, but family oriented. Very tranquil. The hosts were kind enough to give us accommodations at their newly rebuild unit by the base and we had a great time. When we wanted to check out North country, they helped us there also.

Perfect for families or groups - What a setup - What a kitchen
They really did an amazing job. They took a house by the beach and North Island Navy base and made an amazing extended stay high-tech furnished rental out of it.
Full kitchen with EVERYTHING. All amenities and details. Even an awesome backyard where you can take in the ocean breeze (but not see the water) with patio, deck, and full-on BBQ. My dog loved it!
Each of the 2 rooms and 2 suites (with bathrooms) inside has full-on Cable TV, NetFlix, Wi-Fi, and other entertainment options.
I like the keypads doors (both for outside and inside doors). Nice touch!
The living room is dominated by a huge TV and super luxury coach and easy chairs.

What a nice house, so big and cozy
Back to San Diego and first checked in with our favorite hosts! New 45-day work assignment. This time my son Sam came with me, He and his GF stayed in the other room. This unit is great. I am not a beach person (and we are here for my work), but the house is really nice. We love the balance the owners are able to achieve between high-end amenities (like my adjustable bed, voice control TV system, in suite bathroom, fringe, and outdoor entrance), price, and price. I was able to stay for a long time and still be under my company’s travel budget. It was a treat to be able to bring my son and his girlfriend. We had many great evenings hanging out together in the shared kitchen drinking wine and chatting. This trip there was 1 other housemate, but he has been here months, is a workaholic, and leaves for work at 5am. Nice guy the new few time we saw him. Like always, the hosts are great!

Bedroom after bedroom, this place is huge
The work assignment for me and my business associates has been extended 2 days. There was someone else booked at the condo we were staying at, so the Hosts generously let us try out their newest unit. It was impressive, and we loved the high-tech doors.
The hosts seem to have been doing this for a long time. All the units have outdoor and indoor key-code doors, large islands (made of imported Brazilian granite) in the kitchen for after work drinks, and the most equipped kitchens. Even comes with oil, salt and pepper. The tiles on the floors are also the same granite and their maintenance and cleaning crews are top notch.
The backyard, patio, deck, BBQ grill on this unit is even better than their other units. It is nice to be able to feel the cool ocean breeze in the day and be so close to downtown where our project is.
One thing to be aware of is that you BBQ in the backyard area has a small leak on the tank seal. I would get that fixed soon!
