The fully stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and rollout computer desks support everyday living and remote work.
Every bedroom includes a full-size closet, drawers, a TV with Fire TV Stick, and a rollout desk with a chair.
The primary bedroom features an adjustable reclining bed, a large TV, and direct access to the patio.
The living room offers a comfortable couch, a 62-inch TV, and a kitchen island with seating.
Outside, enjoy a furnished patio with a table, chairs, umbrella, and BBQ grill. The fenced backyard provides space for dogs and children to play.
The large garage offers convenient parking and extra storage.
The driveway accommodates two additional vehicles, and street parking is right in front of the house and safe..
Like most homes in this coastal community, the house does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided, and the home generally cools with the evening coastal air. During occasional warm-weather spells, indoor temperatures may be warmer than usual.
No cats, Dogs only (as $200 dog fee is included in the price).

This is the second time we've stayed in this home. The house has everything you need. We are a military family. It is close to both North Island (where our son is stationed) and the 32nd Street Naval Station (where our daughter is stationed). All fours beds are comfortable and there is plenty of room for our party of five. Most importantly, wonderful backyard patio furniture with deluxe BBQ. Easy walk to cafes, gym, beach and all kinds of food places. We will be back next visit.

While my family is not military, we are a large family and this place had the room we needed.
Apparently, the way it is sectioned off into 4 rooms is because Navy friends often stay here together, but we are civilian and the design worked great for us.
We loved the kitchen the most. Casual nights around the island having dinner. Each of our 3 kids had their own room, TV, and a queen-sized bed.
Our suite was super luxurious. My wife and I loved the reclining bed with the huge TV and all the shows (streaming and live) we could binge on. The jacuzzi tub was quite romantic.
So nice to be able to walk to the beach or the gym (or to get all kinds of great food from all over the world).
It is really stocked really well. I never have seen so many paper towels, TP, real towels, linens, even Starbucks coffee bean (with grinder). The hosts don't mess around.

I was impressed by the setup of this house. With so many room (and all with key less entry systems) and the full kitchen, a group of us TDY personnel could easily stay here for our full deployment. It s just a 8 min drive from the Navy base on Coronado Island. The reviews and photos tell is all. Not much left for this old man to say other than thumbs up!

Great location. Close to Tiajuana, Mexico. Literally about 10 minutes away. Beach is within minutes too, much closer though. The unit has all full size toiletries like soap etc, towels, and blankets which made it comfortable.
