Sucked! Overcharged

Location is great soft beds , heated pool was warm

Leaking sink in one of the bathrooms, not enough bedding or pillows for the amount of people in room, sink was dirty, floors went the best clean on cleanliness, pool floor was extremely slick, I booked n reserved 2 king suites for family bday get together. They gave away my rooms after I received a confirmation number and gave them away a hour before check in them told me they had no rooms available anymore then they gave us 2 rooms lower grade then what we had booked reserved and had confirmation for pulled one out of maintence , and then STILL charged us for the price of the king suites!! Won’t stay here again unless they willing to refund me for the crap rooms they gave us after giving our rooms away!

The stay was amazing.

The location was really good and easy to find. The area is growing and only minutes away from a lot of different places to eat. The breakfast was good.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel everything about the hotel was great, from checking in to checking out. The hotel appears to be very new and it is super clean and smell good even in the hallways.

Exceptional

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and organized. The pool was warm.

Clean but skipped on pillows

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The water was hot, and the room was large. The room smelled clean.

There were not enough pillows for 2 people. That was skimpy. The lady in charge of breakfast was a little rude.

There are better places to stay in Jackson or Cape Girardeau than this place

It is a fairly new building and everything is modern and updated.

The night staff was immature and not helpful at all. In addition, the room was not clean, the bathtub plug did not work and we were not given a new one when we asked for one. Also, there was snot smeared on the inside of the shower curtain and there was vomit on the floor next to the side of one of the beds and it was also stained and running down the side of the box springs of the bed. One of the supposedly clean towels hanging in the bathroom had yellow crust on it that appeared to be dried mustard or something similar. The breakfast offered very little variety and the eggs had absolutely no taste to them, we ended up leaving early and going out for breakfast. When we asked for a different plug so that one of our party could take a bath instead of a shower, we were told that they could not go into another room to get a different plug and that they were “hired to work the front desk they weren’t Maintenance”. The night staff did offer us to change rooms but at 10 o’clock at night and one of my children was already sound asleep that was not an option for us.

Very good

Staff was great, easy checking-in/out. Right off the highway, everything was very clean and new.

Beds were very hard, not comfy. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Funky food smell was in the room the entire weekend.

It was fine and close to the complex we were playing, but the tight lobby hours will have us go elsewhere the next time

Check in was easy and it was close to the Sportsplex.

They have a very nice lobby with tons of seating. At 10PM, we were kicked out because there is a curfew. It wasn’t just us, but several families. Many sports teams were there and they could use this space to chill after a long day without being cramped in someone’s room. If our team is in a PM wave, we may not finish playing until well after 10PM. I could understand if everyone was being rowdy, but that was not the case at all.

Disappointing

The chair in the room hadn't been cleaned, someones hair clips were under the cushion. The baseboards in the bathroom looked like they hadn't been wiped down in months. The night time lady was rude as hell to my daughter bc she forgot her room key and had to knock on the main door to let her I'm bc they lock them at a certain time.

No towels had to ask I pay same or more for a room I want fresh towels daily I don't us the same towel 2 or 3 times at home and want at motels so tell them to do there jobs

Buyer beware!! Take your business elsewhere!!

Very limited. Food was cold and no fruit

There were ants in our bed and all over the bedside tables. Despite soldiering management, the lynfailed to day thing about the fact I didn’t sleep all night due to having ants on me in bed
