Nestled in Leamington, this lovely house for $224 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to the most southern point in Canada! Our cottage is a few minutes walk to the gates of Point Pelee National Park, home to amazing spring and fall bird migrations, walking and biking trails, Marsh boardwalk, Monarch butterfly migration, and more. Our cozy cottage is perfect for a couple or small family looking to unwind, play in the sand and swim, relax on the deck watching the waves and beautiful sunsets each night! We are close to wineries, eateries, golf and shopping in town. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding along scenic Lake Erie (outdoor equipment is available for rent at Pelee Wings Nature Store and 2nd location at the Marsh). Our cottage accommodates 5 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed. There is a 55" smart TV in the living room and a 32" smart TV in the master bedroom. Digital antenna is also available for local stations. The kitchen includes food prep essentials. Cooking options include a gas cooktop and a countertop convection oven. Better yet, grill your meals outside on the new Weber barbeque on the large deck overlooking the water. Great views of the lake are available through large patio doors in the living room. Gather with your family and enjoy a game night with provided board games. A cement drive and covered parking makes unloading easy, close and convenient so you can get out and enjoy the beach within minutes of arriving! Other things to note: No smoking/vaping, no pets and no parties or events/gatherings of any type allowed

We had a great time here. Just perfect for a small group and the location to Point Pelee National Park can't be beat! The house was very clean and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We had no issues at all.

I can't say enough about how cozy, clean, and comfortable this property is. The cottage is even more beautiful in person! The location is perfect for visiting Point Pelee National Park- only a minute drive down the road! Everything inside was clean and organized. We appreciated the small touches such as labeled bins in the closet, several board games provided, local restaurant menus to reference, a parks pass to use, and also a beautiful thank you card with chocolates! We LOVED it here and can't wait to come back again someday!

Great Location, close proximity to Pelee Park (and the park pass was excellent). The cottage was very clean and cozy with all the amenities one would need. The beach was awesome and the sunsets were incredible. Bonfires by the beach were beyond peaceful and relaxing. Hosts (Karen & Bryan) were very welcoming and extremely responsive. We would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Cosy and comfortable cottage for two people or for small family. Fabulous sunsets, incredible Park access with park pass such a bonus. Attention to detail, all our needs at our fingertips, and such beautifully decorated. Great kitchen set up. The owners are very approachable. The only drawback is if you’d like to sleep in the park traffic of early morning birders might get on your nerves, which probably calms right down after the second week of May. Overall a really great and enjoyable experience.

This cottage is a wonderful place right by the beach and just a few hundred meters from the entrance to Point Pelee National Park. Everything is working properly, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Super clean, super location as so close to Point Pelee so we used our bikes and kayaks. Leamington is nearby and so is Kingsville for restaurant and grocery. It was very quiet no crazy parties around so we were grateful for that. At night we watched some t.v. Which connected to Netflix to name a few. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were readily available for any inquiries we had. Great vacation

The cottage was beautiful! Just like the photos. Unfortunately the Lake was pretty gross. We saw about 30 dead fish washed up on the beach within the week we stayed. Even a dead vulture floating in the water. Which made us NOT want to swim. It kinda sucks being beach front and not being able to swim or play in sand around the dead fish and the smell. Not sure what’s going on with Lake Erie. But I won’t be going back

This was a nice cottage that included just about everything you could think of. Very relaxing and quiet when we went which was through the week at the beginning of June. Having a pass to use for Point Pelee Park was great given it’s just up the road. Also the cottage had great central air which was really appreciated as our time there was extremely hot even at night. Our only complaints are that the barbecue and fire pit were in bad need of cleaning and basically unusable. Also the owner should wait until check out time to arrive at the property not 20 min. before.

This was the perfect cottage experience and such a relaxing getaway! They had everything you’d ever need, the view was amazing and it was great being able to have a campfire on the beach! Will 100% stay here again!

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I and our three year old. The entire place was very toddler friendly (stool for the toilet, toddler friendly plates and cups) which we appreciated! Beds were very comfortable and proximity to beach can’t be beat.Something to note for those with young families: there is a shower only (no bath) which wasn’t an issue for us at all. Other nice touches included throw blankets, lots of beach towels and tons of family friendly board games. Overall a very nice stay.

VRBO was Not as efficient and failed to send us the key code for the property but fortunately we were able to work with the property manager to resolve that. This is a lovely cottage with new and modern appliances excellent mattress big TVs and a lovely view. We will be back!

This place was very clean and had all of the necessities required (and more) to enjoy a wonderful beach getaway. Right on the lake with a fire pit which you can enjoy from the deck overlooking the water. Very clean and a great location. Wonderful experience!
