Welcome to Gulf Shores Unit 401, a spacious and beautifully appointed corner unit designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Thoughtfully decorated with coastal-inspired artwork and charming beach accents throughout, this inviting retreat offers breathtaking Gulf views and all the comforts of home.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a weekend getaway, an extended vacation, or a month-long stay. A large island with seating for four provides a perfect gathering spot for morning coffee or casual meals, while the dining table comfortably seats six for family dinners, game nights, and memorable conversations.
The living area is warm, welcoming, and designed for relaxation. Featuring a comfortable sofa, loveseat, and gliding chair with ottoman, it is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV and entertainment center, though the panoramic Gulf views may prove to be the real attraction.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto an expansive private balcony where elevated seating ensures uninterrupted views of the Gulf. From here, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves rolling onto shore just beyond the dunes. An additional side balcony offers views of the beautifully maintained grounds and pool, along with glimpses of the sparkling coastline.
The open sleeping area shares the stunning Gulf-facing glass wall and features two queen-size beds, nightstand, ample cabinetry and storage, and tasteful nautical décor. A nearby full bathroom includes a beautifully updated walk-in shower with a distinctive river-rock floor.
For added privacy, the primary bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, dresser, closet, chair, and bedside tables, all complemented by relaxed coastal décor. The ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub and shower combination, providing the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
Conveniently located approximately seven miles from downtown Port Aransas, Gulf Shores offers easy access to local shopping, dining, nightlife, and golf. Beach driving access points are located just one mile to both the north and south, or guests can simply take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk and enjoy direct access to the sand and surf.
