Clean and modern. Nice touch with free drinks in the kitchen, beer and soft drinks and tea/coffee. Great concept.
Had issues and their customer service were great, listened to our issues and offered a good solution
Had a balcony, but was useless. Nonsmoking allowed even on the balcony plus roadworks (obviously not the hotels fault) but woken ip very early to roadworks plus was only advised if the roadworks until the day before arrival so no opportunity to cancel.
Also, super PIN number driven access which is great when you actually receive your pin...we received ours 30 minutes after arrival so stuck outside...

The location is good if you don’t mind a little walk into town.
The bed was too hard to sleep on, I felt like I was sleeping on the concrete floor. There were hairs from previous guest in the shower.
