Surrounding the cottage are several lovely terraces, which are both sheltered and sunny at many times of the year. The living room and kitchen are open plan, and the living room, where the wood-burning stove is located, opens onto the lovely, sunny conservatory. The kitchen is lovely and bright and was built in 2020. All the bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the bathroom is bright and airy. A lovely holiday home in the middle of Houstrup Plantation, close to the town, beach and forest.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
