Everything!! 5 mins walk from the train station and the city shops and canals. Beds are so comfortable and the staff were lovely, all communal areas are clean and modern too
Only that maybe the bathrooms need to be checked hourly to clean toilets maybe

Located right next to Amsterdam Central so it was super convenient for my travels.

Extremely convenient location, simple check in, very secure and clean. Very responsive and friendly staff - there was always someone there. And an elevator! Amazing.
For those of us on top floors it would've been fantastic if the presence of an elevator - which in my experience is a real luxury in Old Amsterdam - were more widely advertised.

The location!
We were in the top floor so we could hear a humming all night from the air con on the roof. Could almost taste how unclean the air was in the room.
