Ground floor The heart of the house is built around a bright, open living space designed for comfort and togetherness:
• Living room with armchair, sofa, TV and working fireplace (plus an electric piano for the musically inclined)
• Dining room with a high table and stools, perfect for convivial meals
• Fully equipped kitchen, renovated in 2019; hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, Sodastream, fridge, microwave, oven, marble worktop and everything needed to put together lovely meals to share with family or friends. A washing machine is also available.
Upstairs Reached via a spiral staircase, the upper floor has three bright bedrooms, each with storage and a cosy corner:
• Master suite with a 140×200 double bed, en-suite bathroom (bathtub, sink, toilet) and access to a balcony with lake views.
• Bedroom with a 90×200 bunk bed and a possible trundle bed, ideal for children, with access to the shared balcony.
• Double bedroom (140×200) with access to the same wrap-around balcony.
• Bathroom with shower, sink and storage.

The mezzanine Under the eaves, a spacious mezzanine offers a private, restful space of its own. It includes a single 90×200 bed, a sink, a dressing table and a desk, with a direct view over Lake Geneva.
Outside The garden is a true extension of the house. A marble-tiled terrace has a table and chairs for outdoor meals and barbecue evenings (barbecue included). A relaxation corner lets you soak up the sun in complete peace. The garden slopes gently down to the water's edge, where your private mooring spot (max. 8 m × 2.5 m) awaits — a rare opportunity for boating enthusiasts.
⚠️ Safety note: The lakeside edge of the garden is not fenced. Supervision of children is strongly recommended.
At the front, two private parking spaces are available for your vehicles. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.
