I was having a hard time managing the work I had in Mumbai thanks to the commutes, unavailability of a good place to sleep (either extremely expensive or very dirty/shady) plus the Mumbai rains when I found this hostel near the aqua line metro making the commute easy. The place is always kept clean, the social vibe is nice, the staff are very friendly and the beds are very comfortable. The first thing I did after checking in was to sleep a lot. I was undisturbed and tucked in cosily. This really turned everything around for me. Made that short while in Mumbai comfortable and easier than it was. It was less like a hostel and more like a big house with friends in different bedrooms. The common kitchen + refrigerator helps a lot and so does the filtered drinking water availability in cutting down both cost and plastic usage.
It would've been nice to have reading lights or even flexible usb lights at the switchboard next to the bed. Makes it easier to navigate in the dark. The rooms are mostly kept dark as someone is always asleep and I really appreciate it because I'd need the same. And it stands up to its name that there is always a comfortable place to nap but using the phone flash isn't usually reliable or easy to pack/organise one's stuff or read a book in bed. If that could be added, it'll make a world of difference. Nothing to complain about though, the hostel did excel in many ways.

10 mins walk to SantaCruz metro station.
Washrooms are not so clean, obviously, its hostel, usage will more.
Dining or kitchen is very very compact.

The staff was really helpful and polite! There was a sense of community in general which we really enjoyed. Also, it was very cheap.
It could have been cleaner, and with a wider selection of options for breakfast (it was complementary though). The location was not the best but was near the metro and Bandra area.
