West facing exposure so you can enjoy awesome sunsets. The backyard is a dream, including a large paver deck (1,000 SQF), hot tub, playground, and high end patio furniture. The backyard also has a wood burning fire pit with comfy Adirondack chairs. Upgraded lighting including a rustic antler chandelier, oversize Edison lights over the kitchen island, and a candlelight chandelier in the dining room. The kitchen has all new appliances with an open floor plan to the great room and the dining room. Three extra large leather counter stools at the kitchen island for extra seating.
