The location, the area is good, the restaurants are good nearby, the transport stop is right near the apartment, cozy, there is everything you need
There are no cleaning facilities

The studio is really nice and clean, it has everything you need for a longer stay (kitchen, washing machine, etc)
The location is also pretty nice.
There is no AC in the room, so I had to sleep with the open windows and there’s a very loud highway right infront of the building. So sleeping was a bit of an issue.
The building hallways smell like shawarma, cause there’s a shawarma cafe downstairs.
The pillows could have been better, they have zero support

Great location in Wola, easy access to public transport, plenty of shops, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. Felt well-connected and convenient for getting around Warsaw. Also worth noting the cleaniness
Customer service was poor, no proper check-in process, staff don’t speak English, and calls were repeatedly declined rather than answered. I would not recommend this property to others unless you don’t care about service.
