Ruhig, strandnah und gut ausgestattet

Das Reihenmittelhaus ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Die ruhige, ansprechende Siedlung liegt nur ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die kleine Terrasse ist durch geschickte Bepflanzung gut von den Nachbarhäusern abgegrenzt.

Bei der Sauberkeit besteht Verbesserungsbedarf: Unter dem Sofatisch lagen noch Salzstangen, die Dusche hatte schwarze Ränder. Das Obergeschoss ist mit Teppichboden ausgelegt, der nicht mehr sauber ist. Bei der Abreise wurde uns gesagt, wir hätten eine Nachreinigung einfordern können. Das war uns leider nicht bekannt. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Die Matratzen waren für uns zu hart.
