Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es ist soweit alles vorhanden, was zum täglichen Bedarf notwendig ist. Da ich sehr gerne koche habe ich ein Schneidebrett und einen Schäler in der Küche vermisst, was allerdings kein Problem war. Im nahegelegenen Tigre Supermarkt bekommt man diese Sachen für kleines Geld Marco brachte uns noch extra eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine vorbei, ohne das wir das gefordert haben. Service 10/10 😃. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit in Pescara und im Apartment von Marco. Vielen Dank!
Die Badewanne und die Fensterverriegelungen haben uns nicht gefallen. Hier könnte man etwas verbessern. Was aber nicht heißt, dass die Funktionen nicht gegeben sind. Alles funktioniert wie es soll, letztendlich ist das nur meine Meinung.

Obiekt położony jest w znakomitej lokalizacji, zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od morza. Bliskość plaży sprawia, że można w pełni cieszyć się nadmorskim klimatem i pięknymi widokami o każdej porze dnia. Dodatkowym atutem jest spokojna okolica oraz łatwy dostęp do restauracji, kawiarni i lokalnych atrakcji. To idealne miejsce zarówno na relaksujący wypoczynek, jak i aktywne zwiedzanie okolicy. Marco - właściciel apartamentu jest bardzo pomocny. Jesteśmy pod wrażeniem jego troski o nas. Zdecydowanie polecam Apartament u Marco.

We had such a great time staying at this place in Pescara! The location is unbeatable—literally less than 50 meters from the beach and just a quick 5-minute walk to the center. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, so we felt right at home. Plus, communication with the host was super smooth and easy. We totally loved our stay and will definitely book this place again!

Die Wohnung war schön groß und für eine 4-5 köpfige Familie gut geeignet.
Nur die täglichen Stromausfälle sind nervig.
Es fehlt vielleicht ein schattiges Aussenplätzchen, wo man auch mal draußen essen kann.
Ein paar Spiele wären auch schön.
