L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, calme et très bien situé avec une vue magnifique. L'équipement est impeccable.
Juste le canapé qui aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage.

The apartment was large, generally well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location would be great for those looking to access the slopes quickly as it's possible to get on a green run to the nearest lift from just across the road. The ski area itself was perfect. We'll definitely go to the Grand Bornand again.
We required 2 travel cots but the rental company only had access to 1 so we had to bring one with us. Not the easiest with so much other luggage on the flight.
Information on booking.com is not correct, linen and towels are provided even though it says they are not and the final clean was included in the price. I only found this out after enquiring about hiring linen and paying for cleaning. Obviously this is a good thing but it's annoying that the details are wrong as we would have been bringing everything with us and cleaning unnecessarily.
Check in was a shambles. I'd messaged ahead for check in instructions and to provide approximate arrival time to be told "check in will be at the property", no further information was provided. When we arrived, with 2 tired two year olds, the place was in darkness. No reception, no instructions. I tried calling the number provided 5+ times and this just went to answer phone. In a last ditched attempt to get hold of someone I sent an urgent email. Luckily this was picked up. The guy even said it was a good job his team checked their email outside of office hours! He gave instructions for entry to the apartment over the phone, it was a series of codes that were required to access a key. This was easy enough but should have been provided prior to arrival. It was around around 40 minutes between our arrival and entry into the actual apartment. It was stressful to get there in the freezing cold, dark, with all the luggage and the kids with no way of getting in or any idea where to find someone.
When we did finally get into the apartment, there was no travel cot, the apartment was cold (2 windows were open and none of the radiators were on!) and the light bulbs in 2 of the bedrooms were not working. By this time, the guy from the rental company had arrived and was able to sort the cot and the bulbs relatively quickly.
