1. Very friendly, i would say an employee, Luka. I think that this guy does not own this place. He needs a raise! Professional, with a friendly approach, but not too friendly to be wrong. Really really great guy!
2. Location! 5 min easy walk from the city beach which is nice and enough. Morning is perfect lot of trees and shadow, evening could be crowdy. With this location you are in the city center, but not loudy because you are facing rear side. One minutes walk from the harbour and from the closest store Konzum in the shopping mall. Also coffee place Romana is there which is great with the great coffee and the ice creams. Amazing location.
3. Easy approach with the baby. We came with the 18 months old baby. No stairs, apartment is on the first floow with the 18 stairs and that is it. Not hilly, great and easy approach.
4. In general, well equiped apartment. Dryer, washer, lot of features all working.
1. General was not clean. To be honest, not big leftovers or something, that was fine, but detailed cleaning was poor. Lot of dust, lot of dirty things and spots on the floor, fridge, etc.
2. AC was not so good. On the first we did not know how to set it, and the Luka came immidietly to help and guide. But even when he set, still poor working. If works 24/7 it is okay and acceptable to be in, but not like the mormal AC ehcih you need to turn off if you set it to lowest temperature.
3. No balcony. Nobody said it is there, but still missing it. It is hard to not have nice place to store baby stroller or towels and other things.
4. No parking, also like the point above, but hard to manage. We found parking in shaddow by Valamar and Biokovka hotel and paid 18€ per day. Price is 25 normally but we made a deal. So try it. Good on that parking is because you can access the car 24/7

Luka nagyon rugalmas, kedves volt, bár 2 órát késtünk a megbeszélthez képest a forgalom miatt. Egyeztettünk végig whatsappon és kedvesen, türelmesen fogadott. A lakás nagyon jól felszerelt, van mosógép, porszívó, ez nagyon komfortossá tette a nyaralást, nem kellett a sós tengeres törcsit használni, minden nap friss volt. Van vasaló, vasalódeszka, hajszárító, még hajvasaló is. Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, a központban, de mégsem hangos. A konyha tökjól felszerelt, minden volt, a kvfőzőn kívül, amire szükségünk volt, és nagyon jó éttermek, fagyizók is voltak a közelben. A tenger 2 percre volt az apartmantól, a strand gyalog kb 10 percre. Kb 20 perc autózással találtunk egy kevésbé forgalmas, sokkal tisztább strandot is. Bevásárlási lehetőség volt a közelben, kisebb tommy, dm, pékség, de kb 15 perc sétára lidl es egy bevásárlóközpont (SPOT Mall) , benne egy nagy tommy hipermarket, pepco, müller is volt. A lakásban ruhaszárító nem volt, ez hiányzott, de vettünk egy pici ajtóra akaszthatóst az ottani pepcoban, a törcsik fürdőruhák mindennapos szárítása miatt. Illetve egy kvfőző tökjó lett volna, de szemben a kávézóban is finom volt mindig a kávé és kedves a kiszolgálás. 🙂 A zuhanyzó nagyon szép, de nagyon csúszós a padló. A parkolás mindenhol fizetös, kis sétatávolságra jóval kedvezőbb árú parkolót lehet találni. Nagyon szuper az apartman és az egész város is egy szuperjó hely.
Parkolás nagyon drága, persze ez nem a szállás, hanem a város minusza 🙃 de kisebb sétatávra lehet találni 12-18 eur/nap áron parkolót.
