Als größere Gruppe aus mehreren Familien bestehende war die Aufteilung der Zimmer im Haus super für uns. Die Zimmer sind im Allgemeinen sehr schon eingerichtet, insgesamt kann man hier sicher von Vintage Charme sprechen. Viel Kunst an den Enden. Zwei von vier Badezimmern waren modernisiert. Es gibt unten eine große Küche, in der man sich gut zum Kochen und Essen treffen kann. Die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch im Gartenbereich gibt es einen großen Tisch. Den kleinen Grill haben wir nicht benutzt. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Am Pool gibt es mehrere Liegen, er wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge sehr gut!
Insgesamt ist ein großer Teil des Grundstücks leider nicht gut gepflegt, da könnte man mehr draus machen. Ein Bad hat Teppichboden, das sollte man ändern. Und eine etwas gründlichere Reinigung des Hauses wäre wünschenswert.

The property is amazing if you are looking for something quieter. It's really impressive villa with nice surrounding. Great place to take a break and relax. Location is great! Close to Pisa and not far from Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano... Tiziana is a really great host and made sure we have everything what we need. Would definitely come back!
