Sehr enttäuscht - Alles verdreckt, vorzeitige Abreise
Die Lage des Agriturismo ist sehr gut - ländlich und im Grünen und trotzdem gut angebunden Richtung Pisa und Lucca. Es gibt einen großen Pool. Wir haben ihn zwar nicht genutzt, aber er sah ansprechend aus. Für Kinder gibt es verschiedene Spielgeräte im Garten. Bei unserer verspäteten Ankunftszeit ist uns die Gastgeberin sehr entgegen gekommen.
Wir hatten das Zwei-Zimmer-Appartment gebucht und haben es in einem abgewohnten Zustand vorgefunden:
- Das Geschirr im Schrank und die Spülmaschine waren komplett verkalkt, ebenso die Dusche und die Armaturen. Wir haben versucht, zumindest die Gläser sauber zu bekommen, was uns nicht gelungen ist.
- Im Küchenschrank waren noch überall Krümel vom Vorgänger. An einigen Stellen war älterer Dreck zu sehen.
- Das Wasser in der Dusche schwankte stark in Temperatur und Druck. Außerdem war die Halterung für die Brause abgebrochen und mit einem Haargummi notdürftig befestigt.
Insbesondere die Küche war für uns in diesem Zustand nicht nutzbar. Wir haben die Vermieterin daraufhin darauf angesprochen. Sie hatte keinerlei Verständnis und reagierte nur schulterzuckend mit „das ist nur Kalk“. Zur kaputten Dusche meinte sie nur, das sei am Tag vor unserer Anreise passiert. Unserer Meinung nach hätte sie uns dann aber zumindest darauf hinweisen müssen. Wir wollten außerdem die Waschmaschine nutzen, die in einem Nebengebäude stand. Als wir unserer fertige Wäsche abholen wollten, stand plötzlich ein Schild „pro Wäsche 5€“ auf der Maschine. Das Schild hatte sie also dort platziert, während unsere Wäsche schon lief. Die Gebühr wurde nie erwähnt und findet sich auch nicht in der extra in der Wohnung ausgelegten Hausordnung. So ein Verhalten ist eine absolute Frechheit!
Nach unserer Beschwerde bot die Vermieterin an, die Wohnung nochmal zu reinigen. Um das verschmutzte Geschirr und das Bad sauber zu kriegen, hätte sie vermutlich zwei volle Tage putzen müssten. Wir entschieden uns, vorzeitig abzureisen und fragten nach einem Rabatt wegen der Mängel. Dies erschien uns fair, da wir laut Vertrag auch bei Stornierung den vollen Preis zahlen mussten. Mit dem Rabatt hätte sie uns entgegen kommen und die Wohnung trotzdem schnell wieder vermieten können. Der Rabatt wurde mit einem Lachen abgelehnt.
