The property is generally nice and well-maintained, especially the outdoor area.
The reception staff were always very friendly, polite and helpful, greeting us whenever we came in. One lady even looked for an umbrella for us as it was raining.
Daily housekeeping was provided.
The soundproofing is extremely poor. We genuinely felt as if the walls were made of cardboard, as we could hear almost everything happening around us.
Our room was on the ground floor, right next to the staircase and close to the housekeeping room. Every morning from around 7:00 AM, we could hear a lot of banging and movement, vacuuming, which woke us up every day and we couldn't get a proper sleep afterwards.
Whenever someone closed the door to another room, it was so loud that it felt as if our own door was being slammed.
Unfortunately, the cleaning could also have been better. Despite the room being cleaned and the floor being mopped, there were still visible smeared hairs left on the floor.

We were a group with adults and kids of various ages and we had a pleasant stay at the property. The beach is 5 minutes walking from the hotel, rooms were clean and well equiped, staff was friendly and always available in case we needed anything. Thank you for the hospitality!
Just a suggestion: a bottle of cold water in the fridge at the guests' arrival would be appreciated

We had a great stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations, and we were very satisfied.
