Nestled in Indianapolis, this attractive condo for $454 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summary: Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy. 3 min walk to Convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse 8 Min walk to Lucas Oil Countless restaurants and entertainment near by Lighting speed internet (1 GIG) Free Coffee 1 Free Parking Spot in the Heart of DT -$20/$40 savings per day. Includes Free EV Charge The Space: Note: We have a new couch in the unit that is not pictured yet but is larger than the one pictured. Bedroom 1 - Two queens right off the main hallway. The bedroom has a bathroom located in the room. The bathroom has a full bathtub, two sinks, and a stand-up shower. Bedroom 2 - Two queens right off the living room. The room has two barn doors. Bedroom 3 - The master bedroom is right off the main hallway. The room can be entered through the attached bathroom or a separate door. The bathroom has a door to the bedroom and to the common space off the living room. Or guests can lock the bathroom from the main living space and use their bathroom for the trip. Bedroom 4 – The small bedroom has one twin bed and two barn doors. The walls give privacy but do not go all the way to the ceiling. Just because we allow an amount of people to stay and sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions. Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days. Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The clearance is 7 feet. Please reach out if you have any concerns about the noise. Large group? We have you covered with over 12 listings in the same building. The Neighborhood: The location is in the middle of downtown Indianapolis. Right across from IMP Getting Around: There are many options with the Indy bike share, walking distance to everything downtown, or take a quick uber. Other Things to Note: Note: NO PARTIES ALLOWED! IF YOU THROW A PARTY YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. Note: There is the potential for noise on the weekends given the location is in the middle of downtown

We had a conference to attend downtown, but wanted to stay in a place more conducive to visiting with the friends who also attended. Hotel rooms aren't so great for that. Staying here was within walking distance to the convention center, and the amenities were just what we needed to have breakfast and dinner together. We had plenty of seating for chatting, and enough comfy beds for all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic loft in downtown Indianapolis, and I can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. From the moment we arrived, It felt like I had found a true urban oasis. The location is unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of downtown, this loft allowed me to easily explore all that Indianapolis has to offer. Whether it was checking out local restaurants, attending events, or simply strolling through the vibrant streets, everything was within walking distance. The loft itself was a delightful surprise. Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, it immediately felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the stylish furnishings to the thoughtful amenities provided. The cozy living space and well-equipped kitchen added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the host's hospitality. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their local recommendations were spot-on, making my trip even more memorable. The highlight of the accommodation was undoubtedly the breathtaking views. The large windows provided a stunning panorama of the city, especially during the sunset. It was the perfect backdrop to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. In summary, if you're looking for a 5-star experience in downtown Indianapolis, this is the place to stay!

You can walk everywhere from this downtown location and that is always a plus for me. The unit is spacious and spotlessly clean, and the beds are comfortable. One bedroom is small and only has a twin size bed but it all worked out for our group, Would definitely stay here again.

This is a terrific property located on the top floor of a building in the downtown area. The living space is large, kitchen is workable and the bedrooms are big (4th BR with single bed is the small one). Great communications, parking nearby and lots to do in the area. Close to the stadium and convention center.

Property Manager were very good with communicating and making sure everything was set up prior to the date. The guys loved the location and was happy on how clean the place look, they also enjoyed the bar being on the first floor. There were no complaints and were very satisfied with the stay.

We had 7 people and it slept all of us comfortably. One of the bedrooms was a bit on the chilly side and one bedroom was a bit on the warm side, while the 2 other rooms were pretty comfortable. Being in a downtown area, there is a lot of street noise in the middle of the night. We heard sirens, nightlife from the bar across the street, trucks in the middle of the night making deliveries, and/or garbage trucks. So we were woken up a lot, but for the most part, it didn't bother us. The beds were comfortable. The parking garage is a block away so , if you have a car, it's not the most convenient, but you do get a pass for the garage so that you don't have to pay the $18/night for parking in the garage.

The property was nice and clean. My teen girls though it was very "cool". The security measures made us feel safe. My only complaints were the smell in the building and hallways and the fridge smelled as well. Also, the beds weren't terribly comfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay.
