Situated in Indianapolis, this charming condo for $375 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Summary: 100 year old historic building completely remodeled in the mid 2000s. Enjoy the 20ft ceilings, exposed brick, and modern layout. Location, Location, Location, you will be able to walk just about anywhere downtown Indy. 3 min walk to Convention Center and Gainbridge Fieldhouse 8 Min walk to Lucas Oil Countless restaurants and entertainment near by Lighting speed internet (1 GIG) Free Coffee 1 Free Parking Spot in the Heart of DT -$20/$40 savings per day. Includes Free EV Charge The Space: The third bedroom is an upstairs loft (to access you have to walk up the awkward stairs in the condo). While the condo has a very high ceiling, the third bedroom in the upstairs loft is not standing height. The Fourth bedroom is twin bunkbeds located at the front of the condo in the main entrance. Only privacy is curtains on no railing. Just because we allow so many people to sleep in the unit does not mean your group will find the space comfortable for that many people. Each group must decide if the layout fits their needs. Please reach out if you have questions. Being in the heart of downtown there is the potential for noise. Thursday through Saturday tends to be louder than other days. Parking is detached and 1 block south of the unit. You must enter the building to get your parking pass before parking. The loft was spacious, nice and in a perfect location. It’s a convenient walking distance to all of downtown Indianapolis. The guest relations was prompt in assisting us with anything we needed. I highly recommend this loft & group.

A group of us were in town for a conference and wanted a place where we could all stay together that was close to the convention center. This spot was perfect! It was walkable to everything conference related, the loft is spacious and nice, and the hosts were incredibly attentive.

We had a group of students staying for a conference. The hosts were awesome and provided everything we needed and were very responsive. It is in a louder area which is not really a problem but several people were woken up due to noises outside from the street. Compounding this issue is the loft-style which means only one sleeping area is completely separated from the rest of the apartment. That means any noise made in the apartment can carry into the sleeping areas. This isn't a problem if everyone goes to bed at the same time, but can be an issue if you are not: like with a group of college students. The hosts provide some noise machines to help with this and it really isn't their fault. Overall, can be noisy but the hosts are great.

Great location! Would be great for a group of adults who have a more active nightlife. Parking garage a block away was slightly inconvenient, but considering it was downtown and FREE parking I wouldn’t complain. The bar scene is lively and music and noise can be heard from the condo. However, noise machines provided in bedrooms really helped cancel the noise. Communication from property manager was great. We didn’t need anything from them, but I felt like if we did they would have been readily available. Overall, we would stay here again!

Nationals Volleyball Tournament

We were in Indy for a Nationals Volleyball Tournament. The condo was conveniently located one block from the convention center. There were six of us that stayed and we had plenty of room for more. The property manager was awesome and answered any questions we had promptly. We were able to Instacart some groceries easily but the condo has everything you need to get you stay started. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I made our first trip to Indianapolis for the Indy 500. This VRBO was ideal for our trek. The property was clean, well equipped, and in the heart of downtown Indianapolis for all the pre and post race activity. So much to do within walking distance of the property! Great communication from the property management team the whole time. Would highly recommend this location for a stay in Downtown Indy!

Amazing location if you want to be in the "heart" of the city. Everything within a short walk and some things right outside the door. Pool table was great fun. Austin super responsive to any questions before and during stay. Would certainly stay here again.

Great location! Upper bedroom unsafe for older people. Can not stand up in room and stairs are uneven. Dishwasher and blow dryer were broken but manager brought us extra blow dryer and hand towels. No wine glasses or tumblers. Manager brought us some to use.

The location of this property is excellent - it is in a great active bar/restaurant part of town and within walking distance to the convention center, town center, and nearly everything you could want. The place is nice and the common areas are very spacious. Here are the negatives: -The upstairs 'loft' bedroom is a very tight squeeze for multiple people (even one person) with very sketchy stairs -The common bathroom would not flush and despite multiple requests and attempts the manager did not get it fixed -When we left something of value, despite constant emails, we got half-baked responses and ZERO follow-up

Was in town for a AAU basketball tournament, and this was the perfect place to stay. Didn’t have to move our car the entire week. Walked to restaurants and Indy convention center every day. Lots of space and very comfortable.

Renting this apartment was the best ideal I ever had to spend time with my Family . Not like a hotel where everyone is in different rooms or on a different floor. We was able to all sit down and have dinner together and play board games together and gather comfortably and watch tv together. The location was perfect was in walking distance of restaurant, bars , site seeing and shopping. Renting this condo was as easy as booking a hotel will definitely do this again.
