The place is hazardous, unsanitary, absolutely horrible state of the apartment.
Nothing of this property can be liked.
The place is hazardous, unsanitary, absolutely horrible state of the apartment.
Not only were there bugs flying and crawling around everywhere even with the windows and doors shut, the heating system was totally out of control it would run heat all day and night without stopping, the thermostat did nothing, the only way to stop it was the main breaker. And when we first entered the house it was freezing and wouldn't heat because they had the turned the system off from the breaker box. We called the property and they sent someone over to just turn on the heater from the breaker, and then the heater went out of control. Which means they knew it was out of control and the thermostats didn't work so the property manager kept it off from the first place. This is complete dishonest and irresponsible behavior on the properties part.
There was no appropriate sleeping accommodation, as per the booking it should be for 4 people, and they only provided one queen bed and a sofa bed so narrow it could barely fit one person, let alone two. There was no privacy in the bedroom because the window blinds where broken too and wouldn't go up or down, what nonsense is this??
This wasn't the end either, the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close. You have to force it and push it into the frame to close. The one and only coffee machine in the room was broken and leaking too! The water you put into it doesn't come out as coffee but goes out the bottom of the machine and instead of making coffee you're stuck cleaning up the water in a dysfunctional, disaster house.
When I was entering the house the first light switch above the KITCHEN STOVE had no cover plate on it and the wires were hanging out. I have two children with me, can you even imagine how dangerous that is??
As an experienced international and local traveler, this stay was by far the worst most disastrous one. I didn't get what I paid for and my vacation is ruined.
