About this apartment rental
Zion National Park's majestic peaks are right outside your window and the park entrance is only 1 mile away, making for the perfect hike or bike ride or take the FREE Springdale Shuttle (seasonal) at the street in front of the house! This 2nd floor space was renovated for those excited to wake up to beautiful views, explore during the day, then return to eat, & enjoy the peaceful Zion evenings inside the spacious bedrooms or out on the deck. Perfect space for a family vacation, friends' trip, retreat, or an adventurers' base-camp!
Note: this unit features kitchen seating on stools in two areas, and two bedrooms include seating, however this space has no living room.
Free Parking: Two 8.5' x 18' spaces located directly in front of the house. EV CHARGING: Two level 2 40 amp charging spaces available (Tesla owners will need NACS adapter).

Perfect location and our accommodations were super comfortable! The shuttle was right across the street and places to eat and shops were in walking distance. Met the cleaning crew and they were very nice and offered suggestions of where to eat. Katrina responded quickly to all our questions. FYI, you need to walk up stairs to access the living space so heads up if you have mobility problems. But the view of the mountain from the deck is awesome! There was everything you need to make yourself at home and even walking sticks to use. Recommend this place 100%!

Was a good place with that great view but the place needs money spending on it. It’s tired. The kitchen lacked several things for any one cooking.The bathroom was poor. Needed updating.The table on the patio was in need of a repaint at the least.Reading the previous reviews I suspect people haven’t stayed in the high quality Vrbo places we have.

Great location! The space worked well for my family; my daughter loved the room with the curtains. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for meals while we were there. We appreciated having the washer and dryer as well.

This property has tremendous potential, and the location is hard to beat. It's directly across from the shuttle stop, within walking distance of great restaurants, and offers beautiful views. We spent most of our time exploring Zion, so the convenience was a major plus.Unfortunately, the property fell short in several areas. The air conditioning struggled to keep the home comfortable, and the HVAC filters were extremely dirty. Linens and towels were worn and in need of replacement, and overall cleanliness and maintenance did not meet expectations.The bathroom was very small and dated, with a shower more comparable to an RV/camper shower than a standard residential shower. No bathroom photos were included in the listing, so this was an unexpected surprise.There is no TV and no true indoor common area for guests to gather. Ceiling fans would also improve comfort during warmer months.The outdoor areas need attention. Construction materials, ladders, plywood, wiring, and other supplies were scattered around the property, creating both an eyesore and potential trip hazards. The yard was overgrown and did not feel guest-ready.The upstairs patio views are fantastic, but the space would benefit from comfortable outdoor seating. The Wi-Fi information on VRBO was also inaccurate, and we needed host assistance to connect.The location ultimately made up for many of the property's shortcomings, but several improvements could greatly enhance the guest experience.
