Our room/apartment was fantastic - extremely well set out with everything you would need. Beautiful view over Sayulita. Loved the hammock, lounges etc, air-con worked great. Fantastic location. Restaurant downstairs was good but for breakfast make sure you check out Yah Yah's up the road. Best I ever had. Lots of good info provided by signs in room, check in video etc.
Possibly just the time of year we were here (July), but just a warning that the pool water in summer is HOT. It really was not useable after maybe 10am, like being in a warm bath, and given the heat outside, was not quite the experience we were planning on having (we specifically booked here for the pool area). Also the pool area seemed a bit neglected, no music playing, no vibe. The shower also has terrible pressure.
Keep in mind there is no included cleaning service, even for 8 night stay (though we requested, and got a free change of sheets/towels which was much appreciated). I think if you look at this like an Air BnB you will understand - definitely not a hotel.

Location is super close to the plaza and everything the heart of Sayulita has to offer. Rooftop pool is great! Apartments have everything you need for an enjoyable stay! Comfortable bed and pull out couch for a good nights sleep. Quiet inside at night with doors and windows closed. Strong AC. Our bathroom light went out during our stay and it was fixed quickly. Keyless entry felt safe and secure.
Pool and pool area was dirty and not tended to by staff. Having a gym or fitness area would be a great addition. Bathroom toiletries were watered down and in old mislabeled bottles.

The room was great. I like that it has complete kitchen.
Needed 2 extra pillows. The pillows were too soft and flat. The air condition light was too bright. The shower head was too high and water splash everywhere.

The location of the property was great, you far enough away from the square so you can have a quiet night and only a block from the beach.
Upon arrival after our first nights sleep we noticed our bedding was dirty. At first I thought it was stained then I used a little soap and water on the sheet and washed out the blood or whatever it was on our sheets. There was also crust black stuff on our bedspread. The hotel charges for your room to be cleaned and your towels to be changed out so luckily we could take our stuff to our friend’s place to be laundered. You can’t dry your towels after you outside because the sun never hits your balcony to get them dry. The dampness in the air keeps the towels damp and then they stink after the first use. Again thank goodness for our friends place. We had friends staying at another location that had a dryer so we would use that to dry or towels. We had our bedding washed there as well after we realized it was dirty. However you wouldn’t expect that when you are paying hundreds of dollars a night for your stay.
Our final straw was the dead cockroaches in the hallway - we paid over 2k for 8 nights I would not expect there to be dirty bedding extra charge for towels and cleaning as well as bugs.
We are well travel and unfortunately were extremely disappointed in our stay.
