I really liked this apartment. It was extremely easy to check in (self check in with keys in a lock box), and the host was very easy to talk to. Also, I=it was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. I came in winter, so I didn't get to enjoy the park much, but it is DIRECTLY next to the botanical gardens, so I'm sure it's amazing during the other seasons.
The only reason it's getting a lower score is for one reason: The bed was VERY uncomfortable. It was a thin mattress and I could feel the wooden slats underneath every time I moved. I have back problems, so maybe it wouldn't bother other people, but it wasn't good for me at all. I'd also recommend a better shower head. However, I loved everything else about this stay!
