Fixie is an exceptional property! We loved the location. But more importantly the second you step inside you are immersed in the magic and beauty the owners have created. Our room was chic and comfortable. The pool was cool and relaxing. The proprietor was on site to help us as needed but otherwise it’s such a quiet and peaceful experience. It’s also great for families with kids. And extremely safe!

Great location in the Colonial Zone. The owners prepared a list of activities and restaurants in the vicinity so convenient! The loft is so well curated, surrounded by plants, it makes you want to stay longer. Although it is right in a busy street, you barely hear the noises. Great place for digital nomads.
The stairs to bring the luggage/suitcase is quite narrow and it can be tricky.

Beautiful loft in the centre of the colonial zone, with very elegant decorations. The landlord is very helpful and communicates with you very efficiently.
The pool is beautiful but quite small so don’t expect to be swimming laps. But it’s nice and refreshing.
Depending on which loft you are in, some feel a bit less private than others.
