Welcome to the “Blue Pearl” one of our newest properties at Salty Mermaid Vacation Rentals. BIG NEWS: a brand new, full sized pool and spa was installed this fall and is ready for your use. This gorgeous beach house offers all the charm and comfort you will come to expect from staying at one of our vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island. Find ease and relaxation the moment you arrive …” Blue Pearl” is the perfect vacation rental property for a family trip to Anna Maria Island. Leave your car parked (3 spots provided) – the town is very walkable, and our island’s free trolley is only a few flip flop steps away. This 4-bedroom 2 bath beach house offers all the goodies to make sure your vacation does not skip a beat. From the moment you walk into this charming spacious beach house your eyes will be drawn to the open plan great room offering vaulted ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar and large dining room table with seating for 6. On the ground floor just off the great room you will find 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom there is also a private patio off the great room which is great for morning coffee or a quiet escape from the kids. The master bedroom is just up the spiral staircase where you will find an ensuite master bathroom. In the back of the home you have access to the brand new Pool and Spa. Spend your evening relaxing in your own private oasis, your family will enjoy get-togethers out here where you will find a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, shed with beach supplies, lounge chairs, dining table with 4 chairs and quick access to the gulf through the back gate to the alleyway. The location is just as great as the home. You are a 2-minute walk the gulf beach and Island trolley stop. The best way to reach the gulf is to exit through the back gate and turn left down the alley way and right to the beach! The spectacular property is a private retreat where you can enjoy swimming in the Gulf, sun tanning, picnicking, or the sunsets at night. A Short Trolley Ride to Bridge Street, Restaurants, Shops and all the fun that Anna Maria Island has to offer. Private laundry is also offered. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet! Kick back relax turn on the Flat screen and catch that flick you always wanted to see or that must-see sports game. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay* *A Starting Amount of Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Dish Soap, Laundry Detergent, Shampoo, Bath Soaps, Snacks and Coffee are provided. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.* *Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.* *This home has a 4 night minumum stay requirement* *Parking for 3 Vehicles only in the Driveway, No street parking or parking in grass* *Please note this is not a party or large gathering house. Noise complaints will result in eviction* *Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and are able to reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather* *In the Shed by the pool you will find some beach supplies, chairs, a cooler and a beach wagon.*...

We loved our first night stay, and then the second night the house flooded. Property manager was great and relocated us, however it was just a huge inconvenience as we had to spend most of one day moving from one house to the next. So watch out if there is a lot of rain in the forecast!

The property was lovely with a terrific pool and outdoor shower and a great location close to the beach and our other friends who rented nearby. The property would benefit from another bathroom but we made it work. We gave an overall rating of 4 instead of 5 because we were without working AC dor several days. But, the property manager and the owners were very helpful in getting it fixed and doing right by us.

We had a group of 8, 3 of which were kids and this place was just what we needed. Adequate sleeping space, everything you’d need kitchen-wise, laundry in-house, and plenty of beach gear. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this house - the pool is amazing. The house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and amazing sunsets! I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the island. We would definitely stay again.

Just returned from blue pearl and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was as expected from the photos. The house setup was great for our family of 5 adults and twin 6 year olds. The pool was and outdoor area was very nice and the hot tub was hot. The shed had a lot of pool and beach items for the kids. The beach is just a very short walk out the back gate. Only recommendation works be tv instructions, not that we used it a lot but just how to get to local TV. I works definitely recommend Blue pearl.

Property size and location was nice. House was not very clean and outside furniture and beach chairs are extremely moldy and rusty and dirty. Mold in house. Loud construction next door and on street. Close to beach and trolley stops. Cute style house with annenities.

Perfect family vacation
Amazing house and pool! Kids loved the waterfall feature on the pool. Very responsive owner, toilet seat was cracked a bit on arrival and was replaced with a new one very quickly! Hoping to stay again next visit!!!

This is a nice property that is a very short walk to the beach. Our group enjoyed the house and pool, I was surprised how well it accommodated so many people. I would stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this place and it was perfect. The home is open and accommodating and a very short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed their kitchen and the ample living spaces. Also the snacks and water at check in were a pleasant, unexpected surprise. The only suggestion I can make is a hose/foot wash station near the front of the home. There is a hose on the left side of the home however no gate access unless you walk around the house through the right side. This will help minimize sand in the house (even though we tried to clean up and leave shoes outside). With kids, it was almost impossible to have zero sand in the house. Other than that, the house was great and we look forward to staying again in the future.
