Perfect location out of city, separated from the village. Checked: Possibility to store bicycles. Checked: Possibility to charge car (220V socket). Excellent breakfast. Lovely garden. Nice bicycle roads nearby. Big parking lot. Good location for big weddings.
The noise level from neighboring apartment - you can hear toilet flash, shower and especially the bath vent which is in common with 2 units... You can smell farm from distance and the level of flies is due to this higher.

Very nice location, beautiful surrounding, still need to be finished outside in certain aspects but perfect when traveling with kids or fiends in bigger group
The staff is little bit disorganised but kind. There could be a little bit more amenities in the rooms- there is not enough storage in the bath room and more effort could be made for the soap etc

Ontbijt is voor iedereen inbegrepen en het is divers en kwalitatief goed, wij hebben ervan genoten. Het hele complex is echt prachtig opgeknapt, ik waande me op een Toscaanse huwelijkslocatie (en het bleek een Tsjechische huwelijkslocatie!). Je ziet iedereen voortdurend foto's maken van het terrein, er zijn zoveel mooie plekjes. Het is verrassend hoe stil de kamers zijn, we sliepen er als roosjes. Er heerst een superrelaxte sfeer. Als er op een dag een zwembad of zwemvijver wordt gerealiseerd, is het sprookje compleet.
Er lijkt aan alles gedacht, behalve aan de vele vliegen. Het terrein ligt tegen (of is zelf deels) een boerderij en dat levert vliegen op. Wij hadden veel last van vliegen op de kamer (beide avonden ca 25-30 vliegen, en dat zonder de deuren of ramen open te doen).

Hotel je designový, stará továrna na keramiku. Podle fotek trochu víte do čeho jdete, bydleli jsme v části Sádrovna. Prostředí kolem hotelu naprosto klidné. Jedná se o odlehlou usedlost. Pokoje čisté, personál ochotný. Snídaně průměrné.
Okno jsme měli na parkoviště, které bylo osvětlené a večer nám svítilo světlo do pokoje, protože okna nemají závěsy. Jedna matrace měla už své odsloužené, což bylo nepohodlné, byla proleželá. Navíc se nejednalo o manželskou postel, ale jen 2 postele spojené dohromady, což bylo nepohodlné. Ve sprchovém koutě skoro neodtékala voda a museli jsme se koupat na etapy, protože jinak bychom si vytopili pokoj. Dále nám na pokoji chyběl fén, což by mělo být v této kategorii ubytování standard. A na co se připravte, že stěny jsou z papíru, protože uslyšíte všechno z vedlejších pokojů a chodby. Tím se asi vysvětluje abstinence televize.
